I said a while back comms in the PDC could not get any worse, well I was wrong, it seems to sink to lower depths every event. Throughout the UK Open it was moronic comment after another. In the afternoon session we were told that the Honey monster game was a "bonus game".........how exactly was it a bonus game when we could have watched it regardless as all 8 boards were streamed, and right away in case she lost comms were getting excuses ready like Mansell who has always been a slow plodding dour watch with his pace might upset her. I did not miss Mansell. The ignorant and stupid cunts on comms treated us to the nonsense how women can be as good as the men, except they can't and never will,as Greaves is a one off and not representative of all women in general.
In the Luke Littler game we were told how Littler hardly ever misses double ten, are we fans somehow suppose to forget the times he was suspect on doubles, like...the fucking day before in the Premier League, and whilst his game against Wright was a decent watch, Wright blew all his good work with a shit last leg, which no doubt pleased the comms whose bias they did not even try to hide. Comms told us Littler got a stadium named after him for a night, wow like anyone gave a flying fuck, and how Littler was given the "freedom of the town" for some dump in the UK. What the fuck does that mean, he can walk the streets like everyone else ?.
The evening session continued with even more nonsense from idiotic cunts with a microphone, when Greaves went 2 legs up on Humphries we got told "this is the level she has been playing at for ages". These blatant outright lies seemed to never end. If she always played at those levels how come she failed to get through q-school ? Yes she has had some great averages over the last couple of years, but had a fair few stinkers that somehow seem to be ignored, are comms afraid of speaking the truth for fear of some cunt crying how the truth might offend some incels ? Credit to the girl she did perform well, but I never for one minute thought Humphries would lose it, and her 92 average was decent and started with awesome checkouts, but comms would have you believe it was something spectacular. Congrats to the girl for getting as far as she did for a person without a tour card, but the reality is the greatest female player on Earth is a q-school failure and even if she wins a tourcard and had she to do the full tour she would be just another fodder jobber. I said the same about Pinocchio when Sky and the PDC were rimming her hole, she and Greaves will get more attention from sporadic appearances in the odd PDC event, a full tour card where they become just another comp filler would do little for the women's game.
I ended up turning it off to go and watch the Wade and Borland game but may as well have had the audio off as you could not hear anything other than Adam Lipscombe fans acting like typical pub scum rabble roaring and shouting singing idiotic tunes, so was glad Lipscombe went out if it meant his rabble would fuck off too. By the time Wade's game was over I caught the post match interview with Humphries and Greaves and again comms acted like her 92 average was something incredible, yet other players went out with an average over a 100. I thought fuck this I cannot listen to these cunts any longer and switched over to Price and Scutt, first thing I heard was Paul Nicholson, I could not catch a break. Nicholson told us how Scutt was short and hide behind a shrub...wow, what cutting edge insight in to the game, prattled on about US sports and other nonsense, and with Scutt 8-6 up on Price he said that Scutt needed to win 2 legs on the trot . Why is this cunt hired, he is goddamn atrocious. Price like Wright did all the hard work to take it to a last leg and on throw blew it
Another cunt on comms was slagging Chris Mason in the evening session about him not messing up the draw, which was apt considering what would happen, yet Mason was nowhere near the draw, then parading around an ex-con on tv is not a good image. At the end of the evening session Ned Boulton or whatever the fucktard's name is picked out a ball, he and Teeth McDonald saw the number and the moron who had one simple job to do fucked it up and put the ball back. Right away that ball should have been retrieved at the very minimum or re start the draw, which might have given us a better draw as this draw was shit. Oddly the ball which was put back belonging to Humphries managed to not be picked out again, what were the odds of that happening, so with the conclusion of the draw you could clearly see a spare ball rolling around. I and many others mocked the BDO for their fucked up draws, and the PDC deserve ridicule for it when they do it, but somehow people defended this, then the same type of people who blindly believe what ever they are told by comms. The only bonus about that poor draw is should all the high profile favourites win, the next draw should provide more bigger name match ups so a lot of top players might be gone before Sunday.
Regardless of who wins, there is no denying the UK pen is an entertaining comp, and shows why for me that ranking darts will always be more exciting than any exbo shit like the PL which I did not watch it live again this week, was firmly planted in the pub supping pints watching the Hammers beat Leicester city, and only saw the highlights. Humphries came back well and like Luke Littler the previous week, Humphries was lucky in a way to get to the final but since it was late, and I was drunk, it somehow seemed even more meaningless.
Dobey now is up to World #7 and Gilding defending a 110k has taken a hit dropping 6 places to #27 and might drop even further depending on results.
I see that geebag Freddie Flintoff the poncey cricket cunt is going to be back on the screen with a new series of bullseye. Can they not just let the show die, The last reincarnation was atrocious from what I remember of the single episode I saw.How long before they roll out a celebrity version with celebrities, and I use the term in the most loosest sense like Phil Taylor, some unknown reality tv nobodies and woke cunts with blue hair or covered in badges of the alphabet cult on it...just let it fucking die.
As for Modus and other amateur events, saw nothing, all I knew was Noah Man Leuven that women hating prick who had the audacity to play in womens events as a man and take their money and then call the real biological women who complained as toxic was in Modus so there was no way I would watch it despite it having other players I enjoy watching if bored.
Roll on tomorrows ranking darts on TV in a proper Major...enjoy it folks cost it will be nearly 5 months before we get another televised ranking major in the Matchplay.
