SUNDAY.
The first game of the last 32, kicked off with a tasty line of Ratajski against Shitlock. The Pole broke Shitlock in the 4th leg of the first set to claim that, and took the second set too against the darts. When Shitlock missed darts to break in set three, and then missed darts to hold in the leg after, and was 2 legs down, and Shitlock took it to a fifth leg before missing a set dart, and it was now 3-0 in sets. The 4th set saw Ratajski 2-1 up in legs throwing for the match, but Shitlock broke and then in the 5th leg Shitlock missed a set dart and that was it. I thought this would be a closer game, and had Shitlock not missed so many crucial doubles it may have been. Ratajski fully deserved this. Both averaged 93 and Shitlock did score better, but missed 23 doubles. The Pole was not at provisional #14 in the ranking, whilst Shitlock was out and his #17 ranking was in serious trouble as others would surely over take him.
Then we had the Belgian Orphan against that scruffy cheating cunt Searle, and Searle won the first set 3-0. Huybrechts won the second set 3-0 after Searle missed darts to win all 3 legs and Searle won the third set 3-0. It could easily have been 3-0 in sets at this stage as the Belgian prick was hanging on. It was 3-1 in sets to Searle after Huybrechts missed a chance to break . Despite Searle having the darts, Huybrechts won the set, with Searle missing darts to break in it. 3-2 in sets now and the game back on throw.Mark Webster was correct when he said both players were not at their best but it was a good watch. The sixth set saw the quality improve as Searle took out 118, Huybrechts took out 140, Searle hit 7 perfect darts and it went to a fifth huge leg. Searle missed tops for the match, but Huybrechts missed 2 at tops to take the set, and Searle returned to send the obnoxious and odious Huybrechts out, which seemed quite a popular result across forums, as it was not only I that was glad to see the back of him. Searle was now up to provisional 37th in the OoM jumping above Huybrechts.
Last up we had Dimitri van den Bergh against Jermaine Wattimena. Wattimena lost the first leg after leaving 3, and missed a heat of darts at it on throw, Dimitri won the first set which was another poor set, in an afternoon littered with them. Both were averaging 82 at this point. The second set vastly improved, with Dimitri adding 10 points to his averaging and win the fifth leg of the set to lead 2-0 in sets. At this point Wattimena was acting like a dutch version of Bellyboy with his sulking. When Dimitri took out 128 to go 2-0 up in legs in the 3rd set Wattimena was looking like just another glorified Dutch jobber like Vinny van der Voort, Kleermaker, and so many others there to make up the numbers.The cunt with the spinal column of Ian shite, the testicular fortitude of Dave Chisnall, and the bottle of Bellyboy rolled over and was walloped 4-0 in sets. Dimitri finished with a decent average of 97.
Fattimena was a disgrace. I have no problem with a person losing, someone has to lose, but it was the manner of his deserved defeat. As for Dimitri this moved his provisionally to #8 in the OoM and less than 30k away from Bellyboy, a semi final spot would see him overtake Smith. As for that fat fucking disgrace Wattimena he was down at #25.
The afternoon session looked awesome on paper but did not live up to what I had hoped for. In the entire session there was 180 darts at a double and 124 of them were missed.
The evening session kicked off with Joe Cullen against Johnny Clayton, and was a poor start from Cullen who saw Clayton miss a set dart so when Cullen took the first set it was against the run of play. Cullen deservedly won the second set as Clayton was now the one chucking shit.
The third set went to Clayton 3-0 as Cullen went back to sleep, and this was another game that promised much but the standard was poor. In the 4th set, Cullen hit a 110 checkout to break throw and lead 2-1 in legs and threw for the set and hit a 177, but Clayton hit back to back maximums and broke back and Clayton threw for the set, and had to depend on Cullen missing 2 set darts for him to level the game, which he did with his third dart and leveled the game. 2-2 in sets.
Cullen missed a dart to break in set 5, and missed 3 more darts to hold, Cullen was collapsing as Clayton held to now lead 3-2 in sets and had the throw in the next set. Cullen broke in the first leg, and held and then threw a great leg to win the set 3-0, and it was a level match and Cullen with the darts in the deciding set, but Clayton took out 120 to break in the first leg and hit 106 to hold, Cullen held and then hit a max on his way to a break and a last leg decider, and Cullen only scored 88 in his first 6 darts, and Clayton hit a max, and Cullen looked fucked, but took out 100, with 20, tops,tops for the win. A dramatic end to a good game that was littered with missed doubles, Cullen missing 27 and Clayton missing 20.
The defeat for Clayton who last week claimed he could win this comp, meant he stayed 16th, but would likely now drop down, as for Cullen he was still in 15th but extended the gap over Clayton.
Then we had Krusty against Gabriel Clemens.
The German took the opening leg after a missed dart by Wright, but Wright did not leave him off on his throw in the third leg, and Wright won the first set with a 104 average. Clemens upped his game and led 2-0 in set 2, but Wright upped his game also and broke and Clemens held for the set after Wright missed doubles to break. In set 3 Wright missed darts in every leg of the set and lost it 3-0, and was 2-1 down in sets, and was 4 from 21 on the doubles.
Clemens broke again in the 4th set, held and missed 2 set darts.......Krusty was in the shit, but did managed to hold, but Clemens was throwing for the set, and Krusty took out 98, and it looked like the game was changing as Wright held to make it 2-2 in sets. When Krusty broke right away in the fifth, it looked like any chance of an upset was over, but Clemens took out a 144, and then an 84 to break and now he was throwing for the set and took out 126 for the set. 3 class finishes.
Wright held, and then broke with a 121 on the bull, and then held to level the match 3-3.
The final set saw Clemens hold throw with a great leg, and all the pressure now on Krusty, but he held, and Clemens again put in a great leg on throw which included another max, but missed a heap of doubles, but so did Wright to break, and Clemens was now 2-1 in the final set. Krusty held and it went down to the crucial 5th leg, shit or bust for Krusty. Clemens missed the bull for a 164, but Krusty could not take the 131, and Clemens returned for 38 and took it out.
I even wrote this on a forum before the game predicting a Clemens win, as the Klown was more worried about how he dressed on stage instead of how he threw, so fuck him. German TV later reported record ever viewing figures for the match with over 1.2 million viewers. I hope ye like my avatar.
Krusty lost with a 102 average despite 30 missed doubles,Clemens averaged 98.85.
Clemens, a player I have long said was a far better player than the over rated Hopp was now up to #28 above Ricky Evans who would be out next game. Krusty would now lose his #1 spot as soon as Hunchback beat the ginger mongoloid Ricky Evans, I had zero intention of watching that fat arsed baldy, wife cheating cunt, slobbering on the stage with his mouth open catching flies beating up the jobbers he kept getting in his jammy draws.
MONDAY
I watched the highlights of the Evans and MVG game, Evans was unlucky not to get a set or two, glad I missed it, the baldy prick seemed to be celebrating again after throws,
First game of the session was King against De Sousa, with King taking a tight first set averaging 103. Merv was impressive averaging almost 118 in the second set, with a maximum in every leg against the darts and was 2-0 up and Jose was in trouble, despite averaging over a ton himself. The third set went all 5 legs with throw and King was 3-0 up. Merv hit a max on his way to breaking in the first leg of set 4, held throw after Jose miscounted and hit tops instead of the bull., that was it as King held throw and wrapped it up 4-0. Comms tried tell us Jose's miscount cost him the game, truth is he was done well before that, King was the superior player, although both averaged 103 for the match. King was now up to provisional #18 and breathing down Shitlock's neck.
Dirk can Duijvenbode against Adam Hunt followed, with the first set starting with 4 breaks of throw before Dirk held throw for the first set, and when he went 2-0 up in sets this looked like it would be over quickly as Dirk came from 2 legs down to be throwing for the set and hit 114 checkout for a 3 set lead., and Dirk finished it 4-0 in sets.
This was the 5th whitewash of 4-0 in 8 games. I thought the last 32 would be a lot closer than this. As for Dirk he was now up to #33 only 250 quid of Beaton in 32nd spot.
Last up for the evening was the long string of misery Vincent van der Voort against Nathan Aspinall. Vinny started well with 2 twelve darts and won the first set with a 115 average. Vinny made it 6 legs on the bounce with a 113 checkout and 2-0 up in sets. Despite Vinny having the darts, Aspinall broke early in set 3 and held twice to wrap up the third set, and was rattling off the legs , Vinny did get a break of throw and held and took the 4th set to a decider, which the Asp took with the aid of a maximum. 2-2 in sets, Asp was now starting to hit more maximums it looked like Vinny was now fucked. but missed doubles allowed Vinny to hold and even break despite Aspinall starting said leg with 2 maximums. Vinny was throwing for the set 3-0 and missed 4 darts for the set and Asp broke but Vinny broke right back to lead 3-2 in sets with his 9th set dart. Asp's scoring seemed to disappear and his average dropped to to 80s, it now looked like Asp was the one fucked as Vinny led 2-0 in legs needing just one more for the match, Asp held with Vinny waiting on a double, but Vinny saw him off for a 4-2 win. Asp was now the 5th player in the then provisional top 10 to be knocked out. Vinny was back up to #28. Aspinall said this after beating Waites "Things happen for a reason, that’s what I believe. I think that Scott missed those doubles because I am going to become World Champion,” How did that work out for you Nathan ? Just like Clayton who said he could win it, he was quickly sent packing.
Evening session started with Gando against Suljovic, the first set went all 5 legs with Mensur acting the cunt with his slow play. Mensur missed double 16 for a 152 and the set, and 3 more darts on his next visit, and with Mensur acting the cunt so much I was now wishing Ando would batter him, and Ando took the set on the Bull. I fucking despise cunts like MVG, Price, Mensur etc who have to use tactics on the oche to try get an advantage. Anderson might be a whiny cunt but he plays the game in the way it should. At 2 legs up he missed 8 darts to wrap up the second set. Mensur took out a 133 to take it to a fifth leg, and missed a set dart, as did Ando, and Mensur made it 1-1 in sets with his 80 average. Ando whined to officials backstage as he was losing the plot over something that broke no rules, even if it was certainly bad gamesmanship in my opinion.
The third set was a huge improvement and it went all 5 legs, and Mensur missed 3 set darts, Ando only needed one and hit it. Ando's missed doubles were stacking up and missed his 29th dart at a double to break Mensur in leg 2 of the fourth set.Mensur took out a 2 dart 85 to level the match 2-2 in sets. This was going to be a long night I thought, with 2 more slow cunts still to come in Dolan and Durrant. Mensur made it 6 legs on the trot and wrapped up another set 3 zip and now led 3-2 in sets, Ando's head was all over the place. The Ando fans all over social media were crying and abusing Mensur as if he was breaking the rules. On one forum Mensur was being called a "war criminal". Odd, because when I was the first to use the term years ago I got a warning on the very same forum for that, now days its okay because the mod on said forum is an Ando fan, so mocking Mensur on there is okay. Ando woke up and stopped sulking and won the 6th set 3-0 in legs with a 156 checkout. on to a final set with Mensur with the darts.
Ando missed double 5 to break in leg one, his 31st missed double, and missed a further 2 more but did get another visit and took the lead, and held easily, and was Ando's to lose now as he broke and won the set 3-0 and the match 4-3. Amazing how the same people who have no issue with Price or MVG using tactics on the oche, had an issue with Mensur.
Celebrating after every three darts is not against the rules either, just like slowing your game down isn't. I might not like it, but people need to be consistent. If you think Hunchback acting the prick is ok, then you cannot complain when Mensur acts the prick.
That said I am glad the slow cunt and his 89 average is gone. We got no Ando interview, maybe he was afraid all the whining, and moaning he would obviously do might get him a fine of the DRA Nazi Party. Ando's win still only kept him provisionally #20. that's how much of a slump he was in and how much he needed a run at this worlds.
Up next we had another cunt who uses tactics like Mensur, against a player as slow as Mensur, step forward Price and Dolan.
This started well with both averaging over a 100 in the first set, and all legs won on throw even though Dolan missed 2 at double 11 for the set. Dolan was throwing superb and won the second set 3-0 in legs averaging 102. Price started to hit the form I was expecting in the third set and ran the set out 3 zip in legs on throw. In the fourth set Dolan missed a dart to break and Price took out 138 to just hold. Price followed 180 with a score of 9, and Dolan managed to hold, and it went to a fifth leg and Dolan missed a set Dart and Price also missed a set dart , before Dolan leveled the match 2-2. Dolans needed that set, his average was down to 97 and Price was looking like he might run away with it.
Dolan missed the Bull for a 161 to break, and Price held with a 170 out....cruel on Dolan. Then Dolan missed 2 darts to hold and Price broke and the rot was in as Dolan missed yet another dart to break and the set was gone. Price's finishing was around 75%. The sixth set saw Dolan with the darts and hit the Bull for an 88 to lead 2-1 in legs and Price held to take it to the crucial 5th leg for a Price win or 3-3 in sets. Dolan took out 104 to take the set after Price missed a match dart. This was a great watch and credit to Dolan who played at a decent pace, and to Price who did not act the prick he usually acts after each throw.
Price who was 12 from 16 on doubles @ 75% was now was 2 from the last 14, but managed to hold throw. Dolan took out 63 to hold, and Price held, 4th leg, Dolan had to hold or was going home and Dolan hit a maximums on his throw and hit his second 120 out to take it to a last leg decider.Price held and wrapped up a very enjoyable game.
Then we got the usual Ando having a cry interview where he would moan about everything, he cried about the tables, his cried about sky , he cried about Mensur, cried how he might walk away.....then walk away you miserable cunt, you are down at #20 in the rankings for a reason, cos you are playing shit for a long while.What will his next excuse be ?
Baggish and Durrant finished off the night and Baggish started awful and despite winning the bull and having the darts for the opening set lost it 3-0. At his 8th attempt at a double Baggish won a leg on his throw in set 2 to make it 1-1 in legs and Baggish on his next throw hit a maximum and a 127 checkout to take it to a fifth leg in the set, but Baggish chucked shit again and was 2 sets down. Durrant played better than I expected, Baggish played worse.
Set 3 with Baggish with the darts was soon over as he lost that too, and I stopped watching as I had zero desire to listen to Mardle kiss the hole of the boring Durrant who along with MVG gets the piss easiest draws in comps.I saw Jose de Sousa earlier lose with a 103 average, fucked if I was watching some Yank averaging in the 80s play against a boring Durrant, fuck that I turned it off. Like the MVG match I caught the result later.
I later found out Baggish won 2 sets, so turned it back on and saw it was indeed 3-2 in sets, and 1-1 in legs. Surely no way the over rated Durrant could choke against a Yank jobber from 3 sets up ? Baggish even missed 2 darts to break to be throwing for the set. Baggish started the 4 leg with a maximum and missed 3 darts to hold but got another visit and on to the fifth leg. Durrant had 62 with Baggish waiting on tops for the match and he was lucky to win a match he led 3-0. If this was the bdo Baggish would have lost 4-0, but showed when players fight back Durrant looked like he was shitting himself. I think had Baggish got a shot at that tops and won the set he would have won the match.
You would swear the 95 average by Durrant was something special the way comms kissed his hole. Durrant was now less than a grand away from dumping that cunt Ian Shite out of the top 10 in the OoM.I read on forums how Durrant was "never in trouble" and how Durrant would never blow a big lead.....really ?
TUESDAY
Wade kicked off the session against Bunting and it was a poor quality first set, with Wade undeservedly winning it against the darts He led 2-0 in legs but Bunting came back and then missed 2 set darts. In set 2 Wade again was 2 legs up, Bunting hit a 121 checkout but missed a dart to hold and Wade was 2 sets up. Bunting took the third set 3-1 and deserved it as Wade was still woeful.Wades scoring was piss poor and was averaging in the 80s, whilst Bunting started to rattle of maximums, Wade had a score of 6 in one throw, and hit countless scores of forty something, this is the player Mardle said would reach the final, tells you what he knows. Bunting leveled the match deservedly and looked favorite to win it now as he had the darts and was holding throw with ease, Wade out of the blue hit a 9 darter on throw, but it mattered not as bunting held throw and won the set. The sheer number of 1's and 5's hit by Wade continued as Wade was only delaying the inevitable as he was only hanging on to his throw and it went to the fifth leg, with Wade throwing to level the match, or Bunting would win the match, so was no surprise Wade started the leg utter shit yet again with 2 scores of 45 and Wade was gone and deservedly so. Wade was a fucking disgrace, as for Bunting he was hardly that good performance wise but a worthy winner and was now up to provisional #21 at this point.
The sun was out here, the rain was stopped, and took the dog for a walk rather than watch Gurney and the whiny Dobey and missed the first 2 sets and was not surprised Gurney led 2-0. When Dobey missed a set dart, that was it Gurney led 3-0 and it looked bleak, Credit to Dobey he got a set on the board to make the score more respectful, as Gurney wrapped it up 4-1.
Gurney winning meant he was up to #12 and was breathing down the neck of Durrant who was still in 11th spot. Durrant's 2 years is almost up and he is still not in the top ten, despite all the rimming of him, in fact were he to lose to Dirk, he could not make the top 10, before January when he starts defending. He could of course keep climbing were he to win events, but his record over the previous 2 years suggest he wont be going much higher. Maybe the rimming of him might end ?
Last up was comms favorite Devon Petersen against Jason Lowe.. In set 1, Lowe missed darts to break throw and in the leg after ended up being broken and lost the set. In set 2 Lowe missed 4 set darts , and in the 5th leg of the set missed yet another 4 set darts and was 2-0 in sets, In set 3 Lowe missed 3 darts to break, his doubling was atrocious, and Devon took out 160 to make it 3-0 in sets. Petersen was lucky, but listening to the comms who were kissing his hole you swear this was Jesus who came back from Planet Pluto with the cure for cancer, it was sickening. At 2-1 down in legs with Devon throwing for the match Lowe broke and then was throwing for the set and of course he missed that as well. He fucked away at least 2 sets. Petersen averaged 91, but you would swear he did a 107 like MVG or a 103 like Merv King the way the comms were making this out as if it were something special. The scoreline flattered him. That 91 wont be winning anything, lets not kid ourselves.I wrote after that on a forum:
The evening session had Marc Almond against Dave Dismall. Chizzy is a choking cunt like the rest of the 3 stooges, but I like the guy, and was hoping he would do well. Chizzy had the darts in set 1 and lost it 3-0 in legs.In the second set he lost it 3-0, this was prime choking chizzy....despite Chizzy averaging 109 for the set.
In set 3 Chizzy held and got his first leg of the match, and deservedly broke in leg 2 and was throwing for the set and hit shit scores of 26, and 40, and luckily hit a max, and after Noppert missed a dart to break, Chizzy got a set. To be fair he certainly deserved it, as he was by far the better player now. In set 4 Chizzy broke in leg 3 and then missed a set dart, but got another go and leveled the match 2-2 in sets. At this stage Chizzy was averaging 98, ten points more than Noppert. Set 5, and the cumsponge Marc Almond missed a dart to break,but took out a 160 to hold next leg. Chizzy held, and then hit 2 Chizzy was averaging maximums in breaking Noppert to win the 5th set.
In the 6th set, Chizzy missed the bull for a 170 and a break, but got another visit as Noppert was all over the shop and missed 3 darts to hold. Chizzy hit his 11th 180 on his way to holding throw, and noppert was throwing to save the match and Chizzy broke and won the match 4-2....he won 12 of the last 14 legs, and totally deserved it.He was still in provisional #9 spot, only just below Dimitri who he was in line to meet.
The LAST 16 was now underway.
It was now a fact that one of Bunting, Searle, Clemens or Ratajski would be in the semi finals.The order of play was:

Clemens against Ratajski looked tasty, but would Clemens play like he did last game. He started well winning the first 2 legs, and even missed a set dart but lost the set 3-2. Ratajski had still to drop a set in this comp. In set 2 Clemens again went 2 up in legs and Ratajski broke but Clemens missed the bull for a 170 and the set but got another go and won the set. In set 3 Clemens broke right away with an 11 darter, but the Pole broke right back after Clemens missed 5 darts to hold, and the set went to a fifth leg where Clemens missed double 18 for a 150 checkout for the set, and Ratajski won the set. In set 4 Ratajski missed 3 to break, and the leg after Clemens missed darts to break, Ratajski missed a dart to break in the 3rd leg, the doubling was getting comical, with 44 missed between them, as Ratajski broke throwing for the set, but Clemens broke and throwing for the set, hit scores of 40 and 41, but got away with it and leveled the game in sets 2-2.
This was a decent watch. The fifth set saw the maximums rattling up, and the pole missed 2 for the set, and it went all 5 legs, with Ratajski throwing first and he held for the set. It was the 5th consecutive set to go with the darts.
In set 6, Ratajski took out 127, the first ton checkout in the match to hold throw, Clemens then missed the bull for a 170 for the third time, but did hold throw, as did the pole and on to the fifth leg of the set where Clemens took out 72 for the set, with Ratajski also on 72. On to the last set and Ratajski with the throw, and he held and should have broken throw but missed 2 darts, and he held for a 2-1 lead, all the pressure on Clemens, and Ratajski threw a strong leg with the aid of a 177 but missed 2 match darts, and Clemens held, so we got a last leg decider. Ratajski scored well and was well clear, but Clemens hit a max and was back in it, but what a finish. Ratajski and Clemens missed 14 match darts between them in that leg alone. with both ending up on double 1 and Ratajski winning it.
Between them in the game they missed 77 doubles, and that is what kept the averages down, as there was 17 maximums and 39 140s. There was oddly only one ton plus finish in the entire game. Ratajski now overtook De Sousa and was up to #13 in the rankings.
John Part told us Ratajski won because of his "experience". This is the sort of horseshit the panelists were spouting all fucking week. If it was his experience, then why did it take him 9 darts to hit the winning dart, and have to depend on Clemens missing 7 ? It was luck in the end nothing more. Instead of running your mouth, try running your body, you look like you are about to explode.I would be careful putting your BLM badge on the pin might pop you like a balloon..
As usual I had no intention of hanging around to watch that mongoloid cunt, wife cheating, folically challenged, lard arse prick with his mouth open catching flies as he flapped his obese bingo wings after each score, whilst dribble rolled of his fat rubber lips, as he ass raped Joe Cullen.....fuck that for a game of Indians...oh wait...I mean Native Americans, in case I get accused of being racist. Set 1 - At 2-1 in legs Cullen miscounted to leave 6 for the set and failed to take it out in 2 visits, and lost the leg. He did have the throw and won the set on throw and missed 2 more set darts, before finally taking the set.
Set 2 - It went all 5 legs and MVG won it on throw after Cullen missed a set dart. Cullen was averaging over a ton, despite 16 missed doubles. He had hit 8 maximums at this stage.
Set 3 - Cullen had throw and it went all 5 legs on throw, and Cullens max total was now 10.
Set 4 - Cullen breaks throw with a 123 on the bull, but MVG breaks back, and holds. Cullen holds hitting a 13th maximum. MVG throws for the set and misses 3 darts for the set, as Cullen takes out 85 for the set. 3-1 in sets. I was sick I did not watch this live now so I could mock the MVG asskissers.
Set 5 - The interval seemed to upset joe, as MVG takes out 94 to break, and holds, Joe then holds, but MVG holds despite Cullen hitting 6 perfect darts and missing 2 darts to break.
Set 6 - MVG with the throw, holds first leg, Cullen holds, MVG holds for 2-1,Cullen holds with a 16th maximum to take it to a fifth leg. MVG throwing to make it 3-3 in sets, Cullen with another max misses the bull for the match.
Set 7 - Cullen has throw and hits his 18th maximum and holds throw, MVG holds throw, and Cullen hits another max as he holds, Cullen leads 2-1, MVG holds after Cullen misses the Bull for a 164. MVG hits a max and breaks throw and wins the game as Cullen chokes and has his worst leg of the match. We knew it was coming, hence why Cullen has never won anything.
It was Knob of the week type choking. The sort of leg you would expect from the 3 stooges of Smith, White or Chizzy.
As I said earlier, I was glad I did not watch it live as seeing Cullen choke in that last leg was sickening. Cullen threw it away, that was a choke. Right away the mongoloid wife cheating prick started claiming he did not play well, this is the sort of bullshit this prick constantly spouts. MVG was averaging well over a ton and was deservedly being beaten by the better player, but did the Dutch prick credit Joe ?
Of course not, its always the same with MVG, claiming that when others are beating him, its because he was "not playing well". First up was Gurney against Van der Voort, and sadly one of these 2 miserable cunts, had to win. I was struggling to think of anyone more miserable in darts than these 2 and failed.
Speed Jobber could have easily been 2 set up and in the end lucky to level. Gurney took advantage of a miserable heading shaking dutch prick...yes I know sounds like Barney and all Dutch cunts when things don't go their way, gurney won the next 2 sets 3-1 in legs. In set 5 Vinny managed to win the set 3-0 and in to the 6th set,
Vinny missed tops to break, and was now 2-1 down and on his throw started with a score of 20 with 2 bounce outs and followed with a score of 40, but Gurney missed 6 match darts so on to a final leg of the set. Vinny missed the bull to save the match, before Gurney finally won it and he was now back in the top ten, Ian Shite was out of the top ten thankfully and Durrant back down to 12th.
Up next was another game where I had no interest in who won, but just wanted a good game.Bunting broke first leg and later missed 3 set darts but still took the set against the darts, and took the next after it went all 5 legs. Searle did miss the Bull to take the set though. In set 3 Searle missed 2 doubles to break, and Bunting broke again, but then missed 6 set darts for a 3-0 lead and Searle broke back and was throwing for the set, and had to take out 89 with Bunting waiting on tops after hitting a maximum.
In set 4 Searle missed darts to break, but Buntings doubling was equally as bad, and allowed Searle back to break and he held to level the match 2-2 in sets. This was really good stuff now. Both were averaging over 95,despite 36 missed doubles and there was 12 maximums.
Set 5 saw Bunting break throw right away and hold and break again for a 3-o win, Searle was back in trouble as Bunting led 3-2 in sets and had the darts in the 6th set. Bunting held throw and credit to Searle who not only held throw well, but took out 85 to break throw and was throwing to level the match, and Bunting missed 2 darts to break, before Searle leveled the match 3-3. The game deserved it. Searle had the throw in the deciding set. Searle seemed to be flying now and took out a sweet 145 to hold throw, then broke taking out a 2 dart 90, his averaging increasing all the time. Bunting looked fucked as Searle was throwing for the match , but Bunting never gave up and hit a max on his way to breaking throw, and another maximum to kick of the 4th leg, this had final leg decider all over it now as Bunting took out 107, and on to a last leg. Bunting scored very heavy to give himself match darts and made no mistake. An awesome game with plenty of twists and turns and Searle blew it losing the last 3 legs. Then Bunting blew it early when he could have been 3-1 up in sets. Bunting was now at world #21. Both players averaged over 97 and 15 maximums between them and 136 scores of 100 or more, (68 each).
Last up was the comms golden pc boy Devon Petersen, against another of the comms favorites in Gary Anderson. I was curious as to which of them the comms would kiss the hole of most. I was conflicted in who I wanted to win, I like Petersen, but despise the pc bollix that the cunts on comms spout, but Ando is a whiny cunt and has a sense of entitlement who finds fault with everything. On the plus side it would be played at a decent pace.
The first set saw Devon miss darts to win the first 3 legs and lost them all and the set. It was a shit standard, and the second set was not much better as Devon broke throw and held, Ando in a rare moment of quality Ando held with a 160, Ando also hit a max after that and a 97 checkout for the set, and all those scores brought his average up to...wait for it...88.
That was how grim and turgid this shit was. It had to improve.
Devon started set 3 with a 14 darter, and then broke. and with 81 for the set he bust it, and got a second go and missed 2 set darts. Ando broke, and held after Devon missed another set dart and on to the 5th leg, where Devon had to win or was fucked. Devon lost the set from 2-0 up AGAIN and was 3-0 down in sets. In set 4 , ando held first leg, and in the following leg both hit their 5th maximum, and Ando took out 36 to break, this was a mauling as Ando was throwing for the match and took it out. 4-0 in sets, in what seemed the shortest best of 7 set match in years. Devon won just 4 legs in the entire match. He was completely whitewashed.....I am sure someone will find this racist, as people look for things to cry about. Ando finished with a respectful 95 average, and was now up to #16 in the OoM. It was great it finished so quick as it was still bright and sunny outside and thought time to take the dog for a walk, but not before listening to Ando give one of his pathetic interviews. In his last interview he whined how he will walk away from the game, this time he was saying he will be around for years. Wait til his next time he has his feelings hurt and he will be threatening to walk away again.
The evening session kicked out with Dirk van Duijvenbode against Glen Durrant. Set 1 saw Durrant broke throw right away, and Dirk broke back, and a third break of throw on the trot saw Durrant throw for the set,which he won.
Dirk broke early in set 2, but missed 3 darts to hold, and glen broke with a 154. Dirk was chucking away chances despite being the better player and averaging far more, and threw away another 2 darts to win a leg. It went to a fifth leg with Durrant throwing for a 2 set lead and Dirk fucked away 4 set darts and was 2-0 down in sets despite averaging 10 points more. Durrant was taking every chance. Set 3 Dirk had the darts and lost his throw right away and this looked over already.
Dirk them broke right back, held with ease, and Dirk missed 32 for a 132 with 2 bulls, for the set, and Glen missed 3 darts and Dirk took a deserved set. Dirk broke in the 4th set with a sweet treble 19, double 18, double 18,but undone all his work when he missed 4 more darts to hold, and Durrant also held and broke Dirk again despite averaging 10 points more. Glen was playing ok, but this was a case of Dirk throwing it away. The fifth set saw Dirk with the darts and he held twice and in the 4th leg Glen missed 3 darts to level the set, and Dirk took out 92 with 2 double 18. 3-2 in sets now, but Glen still had the darts in the 6th set and dirk had to find a break of throw, and instead was lucky to be holding throw and then Dirk hit a 170 to break and now Dirk was throwing to level the match, and missed 2 set darts, but he got another go....3-3.
7th set saw Glen then break throw after Dirk missed a dart to hold, and the game was turning again, but Dirk immediately broke back and started his throw with a maximum and won the leg and was 2-1 in the final set, and credit to Glen who held throw with a good leg, and took out 68 with dirk waiting on tops for the match.With dirk needing 81, hit treble 3 and went for 2 double 18s which he did twice in the match, and went outside the board and then hit treble 20 to leave 12 for the match. Glen had 100 left, but could not take it and Dirk won. The people who claimed earlier in the week that glen would not throw away big leads went silent, imagine that.
Make no mistake, the better player won, and Dirk deserved it, Dirk was unlucky to be 2 sets down and was averaging 10 points more at the time, the game finished with Dirk 7 points higher average, more maximums, and most importantly more hit doubles and had he not missed so many could have won this game with ease. Dirk was the lowest ranked player left in the comp was now firmly in the top 32.
The arse kissing of Glen Durrant by the cunts on comms was sickening. Like Devon, I was glad Glen was gone too, not because of Glen, but because of the hype, bullshit, and ass kissing that accompanies any Glen match. He is a good player, but he is not one of the best in the world, he never was and never will be, so take all those Bob Potter meaningless tin pot hotel cups and shove them up yer hole. Glen comes across as a decent lad, but comms are only making people resent Glen due to the bullshit.
Then we had the man that has had every medical illness bar Dutch elms disease against the Midget Prince of Lilliput. Merv had the darts, and was broken twice and lost the set 3-0. Vermin took out a 148 for the set, despite Merv averaging over a ton. Merv was in trouble so expecting the sweating and ailments to start playing up but he came from 2-1 down in legs to take the set after breaking Vermin in the fifth leg.
The 3rd set also went against the darts as Price went 2-1, and the fist pumping was starting to irritate Merv.In set 4 Merv broke to lead the set 2-1, but Vermin broke right back, and then held for the set....3-1 in sets, averages 98 and 99.
5th set saw Vermin break right away and Merv looked completely fucked, but after a few missed doubles by Vermin, Merv broke back, but Vermin took out 116 to break, but Merv battled and missed 3 missed darts to break and Vermin wrapped it up. It was a quality darts, and Vermin's tops hitting in this and his previous game was superb. King was still in provisional #19.
Vermin told Wayne not to top him as Mardle is a clueless cunt, who also tipped Wade to reach the final, and had Ando rip in to him as well.
Last up was Chizzy and Dimitri. and Dimi could afford to lose this and still make the Premier League, but Chizzy could not, and this being Chizzy my initial thought were how will Chizzy fuck this up. This started well, Dimi hitting a ton plus checkout, but missed 5 darts at a double. Mardle said it was a certainty this was going 5 legs....Chizzy won the set in the 4th leg. Mardle is a fucking moron. Chizzy was averaging 107. Dimi over a ton despite 5 missed doubles. In set 2 Chizzy broke in the third leg with a 106, and hit a max on his way to taking the second set although Dimi missed a dart to break.
Chizzy was 2 sets up averaging 110, Dimi was averaging 105 and getting nothing. This was quality stuff. Dimi hit 6 perfect darts and needed to just hold throw, and hit another max on his way to breaking Chizzys throw, and was throwing for the set, but Chizzy broke back and Dimitri was in the shit now, as Dimi missed the bull to check out 341 in 6 darts. Dimi was averaging 107 and 3 sets down, Chizzy was averaging around 106. Into the 4th set and not a leg over 15 darts.
Dimi held and then broke as he hit his 8th maximum. Dimi hit his 9th max, on his throw and won the set with a 115 average. This was awesome stuff, and event though I wanted Chizzy to win, I wanted this to continue. Chizzy was averaging 107 and Dimi averaging 108. Dimi hit a 121 to break in the first leg of set 5, but threw a poor leg and Chizzy with his 6th max broke right back. Dimi held hitting his 10th maximum, and then broke after Chizzy missed tops. Dimi was throwing for the set and hit his 11th maximum, but hit little else, and had to depend on Chizzy missing a double to eventually take the fifth set. Dimi now had the darts in the 6th set. Both were still averaging over 105. Dimi hit his 12th 180, but missed 5 darts to hold, and Chizzy broke, but Dimi broke right back.. but missed 4 darts to hold, and Chizzy also missed 4, and Dimi returned and missed another 3. That was it, as Chizzy was throwing for the match and Dimi's game was gone now as his average tumbled from all this missed darts but did get down to 72 to put pressure on Chizzy who had 102, and Chizzy went 20, Bull double 16. A nice way to end the final match of the Year. Despite all the missed doubles, both finished with averages over the ton. Chizzy now leapfrogged Dimitri in the Order of merit, and was up to #8, and one win away from overtaking Bellyboy and James Wade.
Right away the crying started by the closet homosexual fans of Dimitri who were upset Chizzy won. Out came the line " Chizzy would choke against MVG", a valid argument, but so would Dimitri. If Chizzy is such a choker, how come Dimitri could not beat Chizzy ? And if the dancing Dimitri cannot beat Chizzy, what makes them people think he can beat MVG, ? is logic lost on these dumb fucks ? First up was Bunting against Ratajski, with the Pole breaking right away with a 104, but Bunting broke back, held and broke again to take set 1. Bunting broke again and held and broke and he was 2 sets up. Ratajski broke, again but failed to hold, and soon it was 3-0 in sets and Bunting averaging 103. Set 4 saw Rajaski hold and then break with a 2 dart 85, and then missed 2 set darts, before Bunting broke again with a 106, and Ratajski missed another 2 set darts, and had to depend on bunting missing a set dart, before the Pole eventually got a set on the board. Ratajski was 2-1 and looking to take another set but Bunting broke taking out a 170, and then held, 4-1. In set 6 Ratajski missed a dart to break, the story of the game, but held throw and took the set, 4-2 but Bunting throwing for the match in set 7, and held in the first leg hitting his 4th maximum and the 750th of the comp, and Ratajski missed 3 darts to hold, and Bunting missed 4 to break, and the Pole lucky to hold throw, and then broke with a great 124 on the Bull , and then held, took the set and was 4-3 in sets....it looked like it was game on again. Thunder Thighs sounded heart broken at this point as she spent the entire game kissing the hole of Bunting.
First leg after the break and Bunting broke and he again was back in the driving seat, and when held, The Pole needed 3 legs on the spin to stay in the match and Bunting wrapped up the set and the match. Bunting played well, took his chances but Ratajski gave him far too many chances, he threw away far too many legs throughout the match and Bunting wont get away with that in the semis. Bunting finished with a 101 average, and was now up to world #16, just ahead of Ando who was to play, and one win away from making the top 10. The asshole Pearson, one of the worst commentators in darts ever, told us this was Buntings first Ally Pally semi final, and then told us Bunting "was back". Back from where ? How could he be back when this was his first time getting this far ?
Then we had the whiney scots cunt Ando, who despite trying to join Vinny van der Voort and Gurney as the most miserable cunt in darts, is still a decent watch when he plays well, up against Dirk van Duijvenbode, who seems to be most peoples favorite these days, but still not proven in my opinion, regardless of a couple of runs in comps which has given him a lot of confidence, but I wanted Ando to win, as in my opinion he is the better quality player. It started well, with Dirk taking the first set against the darts, In set 2 Ando broke first leg, but Dirk broke right back, and on throw missed the double 16 after hitting 2 bulls and Ando broke. Dirk missed 3 darts to make it 4 breaks on the trot, Dirk was shaking his head....a dutch trait when they start losing, as Ando leveled the match 1-1 in set averaging 106. Ando was firing now and Dirk looked out of his depth as Ando rattled of the 3rd set 3-0, and took the 4th set 3-0 as well. Andos was averaging 101, to Dirk's 93., and when Ando went 4-1 there was certainly no way back. In the 6th set Ando broke, but Dirk took out 109 to break and delay the inevitable, and then held throw as did Ando and went to the fifth leg. In a leg to win the set and save the match, dirk chucked a load of shit and that was it, as Dirks last throw was a maximum to leave 5, but Ando was not fucking around. Ando finished with a 101 average and was now up to #14, and a win away from going 7th above Bellyboy.
Evening session started with Price against Gurney. In set 1 Gurney missed a dart to break throw, and Vermin held and then broke, hitting tops, his hitting of this throughout the comp was superb, so when he missed darts on this for the set it was a surprise, but got another bite and wrapped up the first set, and Vermin broke right away in set 2 and held, and broke again to lead 2-0 in sets. Gurney was being completely outplayed....the only leg he had won was after Price missed 4 darts at the double.
In set 3 Gurney broke, and despite missing 3 darts at a double managed to hold throw, and was throwing for the set and started the leg with his 3rd maximum, and took out a 2 dart 75 for the set....a decent set that saw the standard improve and had 5 maximums. In set 3 Vermin missed a dart to break, but Gurney was starting to hit the treble 20 with ease and held twice, and missed the Bull to break and take the set, but 3 more missed darts by Vermin allowed Gurney level the match 2-2 in sets.In set 5 Gurney missed darts to break, and next leg it was Price who missed 4 to break, Third leg Gurney missed darts to break, as Price held, and when Gurney missed more darts to hold Price pulled out a huge 143 for the set as Gurney was shaking his head like a Dutchman.The averages were 97 & 94 which was decent considering there was 45 missed doubles at this point. Set 6 saw Vermin break right away, but Gurney took out 76 to break right back, and held, as did Price and we had a crucial 5th leg where gurney missed tops for a 116 and the set, and Price broke with a huge 72 and led 4-2 in sets.
7th set with Price with the darts, Gurney broke, and on throw hit his 13th maximum on his way to holding throw and then broke and took the set. In set 8 Vermin missed a rake of darts to break, and not only did Gurney hold but he broke and was throwing to level the match and won his 6th leg on the trot.....4-4 in sets. Vermin looked like he was crumbling.
Set 9, Vermin took out 107 to just hold throw as Gurney was lashing the pressure on. Gurney held, as did Price, and now all the pressure on Gurney to hold in leg 4 and missed the bull, but returned to level the game. Price had the darts but only scores 100 in his first 2 visits, but when gurney could not take out 108, Price wrapped it up.
I wanted Price to win, but Gurney was the better player and Vermin was a jammy cunt. Gurney averaged higher, hit 15 maximums and had more darts at the doubles, but that was the problem, he missed more doubles too, missing a total of 34. Price was now just one win away from being within 3 grand of Peter Wrights #2 spot. As usual the vile welsh maggot , like the cunt Hunchback, refused to credit their opponent. Its always they were losing cos they were not playing well, its never because their opponent was better. I hope Bunting tears the prick a new arsehole. I am not even a gurney fan, but this nonsense that a player is only beating you because you play bad is starting to irritate me.

Off went the darts, and put on the live scores instead, and would check back every few minutes, Chizzy won the set with a 112 average, making obese Kojak's 108 look like nothing. I left the darts on, but Mardle was insufferable, so off went the audio, as Chizzy broke and then held in the second set, and old Chizzy showed up as he missed 2 darts to break and take the set, and missed another 2 sets darts on his throw as hunchback broke throw, and Chizzy missed his 5th set dart when he missed the bull, but got another go and took the set, to lead the match 2-0. Despite all the missed doubles Chizzy was still averaging 107, and had 7 maximums.
Set 3, Chizzy took out 114 to hold, and then broke, and hit his 8th max on his throw for the set but missed 2 set darts, and Hunchback punished him taking out 150 to break, and he hit a max and missed another set dart on the MVG throw, but lost that leg too, but had the darts in the fifth leg, and took out 86 for a 3 set lead. Set 4, Chizzy broke right away, hit a 11th max on his throw to lead 2-0 in legs. MVG held after Chizzy missed 2 darts for 4 set lead. Chizzy had the throw still to win the set, and missed double 12 for a 9 darter ....he still won the leg and was 4 sets up. This was absolutely brilliant. At this rate Chizzy might lose his spot in the 3 stooges, darts greatest bunch of chokers. Chizzy was averaging 105, and had 13 maximums, not even Chizzy could lose it from here could he ? Set 5 - Chizzy held first leg with a 130, and Hunchback held, Chizzy held again and led 2-1 in legs, MVG needed the next 2 to save himself, but the bald horrible prick was mentally raped, and Chizzy saw him off..
So on to Knob of the Week and I was spoiled for choice.
Some people said I should give it to Mensur, but why ? He broke no rules, knew what he was doing was within the rules and it worked in upsetting Ando. I did not like it, but then I do not like Hunchback or Vermin Price celebrating after every 3 darts, where were the people complaining about them ? At least be consistent, if you are going to cry how Mensur was acting the prick, then cry about others when they act the prick.. To me its all bad gamesmanship.
James Wade in a normal week would walk it for his disgraceful performance, but was it really a shock he lost ? no, I even predicted Bunting would beat him, it was the manner of his defeat, fuck the nine darter, they mean nothing in the greater scheme of things, Wade look disinterested and played like a fucking spaz. Then we had what was the choke of the competition so far, a choke that would put the 3 stooges of Bellyboy, Ian Shite and Dave Dismal to shame. Step forward shreaded wheat hair Joe Cullen. The guy played superb, and led 3-1 in sets, and whilst the interval right after the 4th set upset his rhythm he still had the advantage and when it came to the crucial leg, he threw his worst leg of the entire match. This was a choke of fucking epic proportions.

He should have won the game, the guy can certainly play, most certainly scores well,I even like the player, but that was a total lack of a backbone and the inability to handle pressure. It is no coincidence he has never won anything of note.

Wednesday it was announced Uncle Barry was getting an O.B.E. News which did not please some PDC haters. I do not recognise British titles as an Irishman, but if it upsets PDC hating cunts, then its all good in my book, and it most certainly upsetting some people. On one forum, a fat cunt, a pygmy and cornholer were saying how Hearn was in Epsteins little black book, ergo implying Hearn by association must be "dodgy". This is the levels of bitterness and evil some cunts will resort to try have a knock at Hearn and the PDC. Pedophile rapist Tony Eccles was a great friend of Glen Durrant, does that make their golden boy Glen Durrant dodgy ? This is the mentality of these cunts, their hatred for Hearn and the PDC clouds everything else.
