THE WORLD CUP
Afternoon session of the Saturday was shit.
all 4 ties went 2-0 so not a single game of doubles was played, which meant the Friday did not have a single match that was a "singles game", whilst the Saturday afternoon did not have a doubles game. They seriously need to sort out this clusterfuck of a comp.
As said last week would anyone really spend the weekend looking at this if this was held in summer , pubs open and no covid ? At least with the Unibet Masters you get the top 16 in the world, with the Champions League you get the top 8 in the World, even the World Series its the same format, but this world Cup is all over the shop.
Canada beat New Zealand and was the best "team performance" of the afternoon. De Sousa was shit and that saw Portugal exit pretty quick. Belgium saw off Latvia after Razma completely blew it when he played Dimitri, and the worst England team ever had no trouble with Lithuania.
Afternoon session saw the first genuine decent singles match of the comp with Ratajski against Shitlock, once Ratajski lost the tie was over as you knew his partner was dog muck. Price won as expected against Henderson but surprisingly Thornton picked up a win against Clayton so we got a doubles match but Scotland shat the bed and fucked away the chances they got early on to win the first 2 legs.
Next up was Germany against the plate smashers of Greece, and Greek Adrian Lewis blew multiple chances against Clemens, and another game that was over in quick time, last up was Grossburger and Marc Almond against the Spanish jobbers. Sky tried hype this shit, bless them, but there was a never doubt how this would end up, and the whole day saw just one doubles game.Jesus missed 5 match darts to take it to a doubles match, in the post match interview, the idiot interviewing Hunchback said he because of the Holland colours he was wearing, he could not be the green machine. If these cunts interviewing players knew even the most basic things about darts, they would know MVG played in other colors beside green for years, as he also used to wear pink, and remember once he clashed with Keegan Brown due to the color of their tops. The number of people in darts who don't have a clue on the most basic things is a joke.Thankfully it ended early as I could concentrate on the second half of West Ham against Fulham match., which had a more dramatic finish.
Sunday saw Belgium beat Canada, which went to the doubles after Matt Cambell impressed again, but he missed crucial doubles in the doubles game and that cost them. I fucking despise Huybrechts and every interview he does only re-enforces that. Though he did play brilliant in his singles match.Mensur played Bellyboy in the next game and blew a heap of doubles and was soon 3-0 down, but came back to win 4-3. Ladyboy Rodriguez took out 160, and 100 to go 2 up on Dross, I was hoping the would put England out, Rowby ended up missing 4 match darts to send England out, so it was another doubles match but the Austrian chance was gone, as England wrapped it up 4-3.
Wales against Australia meant either Price or Shitlock was going out so all good.Shitlock played awesome averaging almost 110 until the crucial point where he missed match darts and lost....it would have been more funny if it were against someone else. Heta got Shitlock another bite of the apple after he player really well against Clayton, so seeing Shitlock not only lose in the singles but cost his partner in the doubles was a double bonus, wont miss having to listen to that scruffy looking cunt with his annoying Aussie accent.The second worst accent on Earth after the scouse one.
Last up for the afternoon was Germany and Holland, and Noppert against Clemens started it off. Clemens is so erratic, he threw great to go 2-0 up, then goes to sleep for 2 legs, and then wakes up again. That meant we had Hopp against Hunchback....who we were told around 3 thousand times hurt his back and pulled a muscle, no shit, maybe that hunchback stance caused it ? It certainly did not seem to affect him early on against Max Jobb, and he ended up winning with ease, which meant doubles and less time for hunchback to relax. The Dutch started well and led 2-0, and then went to shit, and went to a last leg decider. and after Max Jobb missed 3 match darts, Hunchback missed a match dart before Clemens eventually won it with his third match darts. Bye bye Hunchback.
England against Belgium was the first semi final up, and whilst I did not want England to win the comp, I did not want Huybrechts in the final and earn a slam spot.Smith took the singles match after Huybrechts missed a match dart. I thought Bellyboy would choke again. Rob Dross played Dimi, and Dimi needed double 12 for the win and had a bounceout of a dart that was clearly in. Cross missed 3 match darts and Dimitri got another go and missed them all, he blew 5 match darts, and out went Belgium, bye bye Huybrechts, who like Shitlock, Gurney, Chizzy etc all had to head off for the Grand Slam qualifier that took place on the Monday.
Vermin Price was the only player that was qualified for the Slam at that point, so a Wales win would put Clayton in, a Germany win would have Max Jobb and Clemens in the Slam. I missed this but saw it was a clean sweep for the Taffys, as the huns were sent packing.
In the Final Smith played Price first and the game went 5 legs, in which the useless Bellyboy had darts to win every single leg.....he lost 4-1. What a choking cunt, This after he lost 4-3 earlier in the day to Mensur after being 3-0 up. Rob Dross carried him as far as he could, and there is no certainty he will be back next year, as he defends quarter of a million quid next month and could be out of the top ten, meaning Wade, Chizzy and White would all be ahead of him for the next World Cup which could take place in the Summer.Truth is Bellyboy, who is a good watch because he scores great, throws fast etc, has no fucking testicles, and when he drops outside the top ten it is a true reflection of where he should be.
Clayton averaged 105 as he beat Rob Dross to put Wales 2 up, and a win in the doubles would seal it, and that is what they did. Mardle who continued to spout complete bullshit at one point said of Price's more sedate celebrations, that Vermin was "conserving energy". Why the fuck would anyone need to conserve energy ? It is not like Darts was physically tough, the top munter is a almost 50 year old woman, the top man is a baldy cunt with a bad back, Mardle will be telling us the likes of Bellyboy etc are athletes. Seriously look at the state of a heap of players, does Mervyn King look like a picture of health ? Would you call John Henderson as a sportsman ?
Then this is a comp so meaningless, it has seen even limpy Barrie Bates in a final. He was not the first jobber either. Paul Nicholson, Mark Webster Ronny Huybrechts and Steve Lennon all have runners up medals.
Co Stompe has a winners medal for fucks sake! It that don't tell you what a joke this comp is nothing will.Take Adrian Lewis, the PDC recognise him as the joint 6th most successful player in terms of PDC Premier titles due to his 4 tv titles, 2 worlds, and UK open and a European Championships, nowhere does the PDC acknowledge his 4 world Cup wins. The PDC don't even rank this heap of shit and its their own comp.
So Wales now are the World Cup holders,they won a non ranking comp, the worst tv title in the PDC and Vermin and the Ferret head back to the valleys with 35k each in their pocket......that is far more than what the BDO "world pro" champion headed back to the valleys with, and he thinks is a proper title (snigger). Shows that even the most ridiculed non ranking heap of shit the PDC televises each year was still vastly superior to the heap of shit Wayne Warren won in the empty dark O2.
GRAND SLAM OF DARTS QUALIFIER.
With a limited number of entries, a heap of players got a bye to the last 64, which meant only 3 wins were needed for a slam spot for some players. Scott Waites was too busy putting hinges on a door in Halifax to turn up, and just as well I was in no rush to see him stink up the event.Mensur Suljovic was another who could not be arsed to turn up.
Willie O Connor was sat on tops for the match when Pipe took out 114 for the win in their game, but the choke of the week was Andy Boulton who had 3 visits to the board to take out 40 and fucked them all up.
As for Daryl Gurney he was not defending anything in the Slam as he never qualified back in 2018, but he is defending a lot of money in the coming 2 months, and looks like he has no chance of retaining it, and being dumped out of the Slam certainly won't help, he along with Smith will crash out of the top ten if they don't get deep runs in the comps that are left. Ian Shite is another not going to the Slam and he wont be able to defend the 5k he won in 2018, luckily for Adrian Lewis who also failed to qualify, he is not defending anything.
Chizzy on the other hand had never qualified for the Slam in 2018 so is defending nothing and can use the slam to cement his spot in the top Ten. So lets look at the 8 that qualified.
1. Ricky Evans- Delighted for the lad, how could you not like a player that dumped out an angry dwarf in Darren Webster, kicked a Belgian Orphan in Huybrechts out of the Slam, and sent packing the most miserable cunt in darts in Gurney. I for one wont miss his sour puss during the Slam, and then Ricky dumped out Steve Beaton. To all ye cunts who claim, but Steve Beaton has been around for decades, so what, so has Martin Adams and no one wants to see him stinking up a comp, even if Beaton is better than Prostate hole.
2. Gabriel Clemens - Fast player, scores well, decent addition,
3. Krzystzof Ratajski - Another player I am glad to see qualify and someone who should have been in regardless. something I will get to in a bit.
4. Dave Chisnall - Good player, but has no backbone or testicles, only there to make up the numbers after Dolan fucked up. Chizzy led Dolan 4-2 and started to shit himself, and had to take out 100 to win with Dolan on a double.
5. Simon Shitlock - Scruffy cunt, painful to listen to, disgusting to look at, and rather he failed but a decent player.
6. Adam Hunt - a total fucking jobber, who got a piss easy draw, and his highest average in his last 3 games was 85.9. A terrible qualifier.
7. Justin Pipe - Jesus fucking Christ, its 2020 and this slow annoying prick is still stinking up tv events. He beat Ryan Searle in last 16, the same Searle who in my opinion should have been in the Slam. Pipe is another abysmal qualifier.
8. Ryan Joyce - Sort of glad for the lad, after all he did win a proper players championship this year. Hit a 113.9 average in one of his matches.
KNOB OF THE WEEK
That brings me to this weeks Knob of the Week Barry Hearn. It is not for one bad decision, its not even for 2, but for 4 complete fuck ups, as this whole Grand Slam of Darts is a complete clusterfuck.
1. He created a munters only qualifier which included Lisa Ashton, which was sexist since Ashton already had a tourcard and should be playing with the rest of the tour card holders. If Ashton is not good enough to qualify alongside her fellow tour card holders, then its obvious she is not good enough. Creating a comp for people based solely on their sex, is sexist.Had Ashton failed in the Munters qualifier, would she have been banned from the main qualifier. Why should she get 2 chances to qualify just because she was born a woman ?
2. Inviting the beggars of the BDO to pollute the event. As I highlighted last week they offer ZERO, Wayne Warren and Mikuru Suzuki between them have played 6 games in the Grand Slam and lost all 6. Time to put an end to this hand outs to the beggars.The whole PDC -v- BDO is dead, and has been dead a long time. Anyone with a set of balls, backbone and a taste for success or has a bit of ambition or ability is rocking up to q-school these days. The BDO has been redundant since the formation of the WDc/ PDC, it has only been a feeder system to the PDC.
3. Making the Slam a ranking event. I would have no issue with the Slam being a ranking event, if the invites were not handed out. If Hearn is going to keep dishing out handouts to bdo beggars, then make it non ranking.It is just a glorified exbo, simple as that.
4. The utterly retarded qualification selection process. This sums up everything that is wrong with these stupid qualifiers that are totally ridiculous. Earlier this year Ryan Joyce, Ryan Searle, Krzysztof Ratajski and Ian White all won a players championship. These were proper comps, won with all the top players like MVG,Wright, Price, Cross, Wade, etc in the field...yet amazingly its not enough to qualify for the Slam for some of them.
In the qualifiers, Joyce and Ratajski made the last 8 in a depleted field missing all the top players, and they are now in the slam. How in the blue fuck can getting to a last 8 in a field that had all the top players missing, and just reach the last 8, be ranked higher than winning a proper comp ?
Ryan Searle, who might be a scruffy looking cheating prick, won a full proper players champs in a proper field of players this year but its not worthy of a slam spot, but Adam Hunt and his 3 averages in the 80s in a flukey run in a depleted field is enough for the Slam.That is completely fucked up.
Put it this way, Ryan Searle earlier this year in a full players championship beat Gerwyn Price the World #3 in a last 128
He beat Michael Barnard in the last 64, and Josh Payne in the last 32.
In the last 16 he beat Bellyboy Smith the World #4...In the last 8 he beat Glen Durrant.
He averaged well over a ton beating De Zwaan in the semi final and finally beat World #1 MVG in the final.
He beat 3 of the worlds top 4 on his way to the title.....and no place for him in the Slam...seems that win is not enough to get in.
Now lets compare this to Adam Hunt who did qualify.
Adam beats Mark McGeeney in the last 128 of a field that had all the top stars missing
He averages 81 as he beats equally shit Nick Kenny in the last 64
He averages 82 as he beats an atrocious Bunting who averaged even less in the last 32
in the last 16 he averages 85 as he beats Peter Jacques.
Hunt got the jammiest draw, averaged over 85 once, and won a total of four games and is in the slam, whilst Ryan Searle's great win and 7 victories over tougher opposition in a full field means fuckall.
Its a complete joke.Its obviously Searle is a far superior to Adam hunt. I know which player I would prefer to see in the Slam.I blame Barry Hearn as head of the PDC for this whole Slam fiasco. A comp should have the best players and those that win proper full floor titles, should get a spot before jobbers in a weak field, or some bdo begging cunt.
I know the Corona Virus fucked up the calendar for the year, and caused things like the World Cup to be moved from the summer, but one thing this year I did like were the Summer, Autumn and Winter Series.
I would love to not only see all 20 odd players champs in future be done like this, with all put in to seasonal groups, and then have each one provide a separate Grand Slam qualifier, as you know the qualifier over a 5 or 6 day event series would be a vastly better player than some cunt who gets a flukey draw and only reached the last 8 in a depleted field. That brings me to the Winter Series.

THE WINTER SERIES.
Beside watching a few of the games that were streamed, it was Darts connect for the up to date scoring,and what a great system, however I noticed lately they have added some flags next to the players names. Next to Brendan Dolan they have the Union Jack despite Dolan being a self confessed Paddy, whilst on the other hand they have Gavin Carlin with the tricolour. who is clearly a hun, that no self respecting Paddy would want to claim as on of their own.
Event 1.
Mensur missed this event, as did MVG over his back no doubt. Scott Waites decided to turn up to this. By the time the first 3 rounds were over, Price, Ando, Gurney, Chizzy, Aspinall, Durrant, White, Cross and Wade were all out the gap. Durrant lost to his 60th different player in PDC competition in Jan Dekker. Brendan Dolan who narrowly missed out on a Slam spot reached the semis along with De Sousa, Wattimena and Michael Smith who is defending 265k in the next 2 months in the Slam, Players Champs finals and World champs. He would need to win or get deep runs in those comps to have any chance of keeping his ranking.
There was 16 averages of 104 or over, Joe Cullen lost with an average of 108.6. The highest of the day went to Jermaine Wattimena who averaged 112.2 over 10 legs in his semi final win over Dolan. Smith had 6 darts at 130 to win his semi final 7-4, but blew it,and De Sousa then with 41 to break and be favorite, fucked up and allowed Smith back, and that was it.
In the final at 5-4 down Wattimena missed double 16 to break, he returned with 3 darts at double 8 and bust it with his first dart by hitting double 16, he got yet another chance to return with 3 again at double, and again bust it with his first dart, this time hitting double 11, that was it as every leg then went with throw and Bellyboy saw it out 8-6. comms told us how it was almost 10 years ago since Smith won his first floor title. Let that sink in. The fat cunt is in the PDC 10 years and his biggest win of his career is a Euro tour, which was years ago and we are told he is one of the best in the world. This was the World #4 first title in over2 years and that was a non ranking World Series event. The fat cunt even started crying as he was so in shock he won.
Event 2.
Dave Dismal, Ian Shite and Glen Durrant all went out first round again. Ando withdrew giving Bellyboy a bye in the first round. Andy Hamilton and Rowby John Rodriguez both his 9 darters. Brendan Dolan came from 5-0 down to win 6-5 against Ryan Miekle.Peter Wright also went out first round despite averaging 107.6, Damon Heta went out with a 105 average
There was 15 averages over 104 or over, the highest being 112.4 by Gabriel Clemens, who on the day did

he then lost to Micheal Smith who averaged 109.9 (last 8)
De Sousa also hit a 110 average in the semi final and he was up against Bellyboy in the final.
De Sousa was averaging 116 and missed 6 darts at a double to go 5-1 and a game he was in total control he went to shit, his average plummeted and went from leading 4-1 to trailing 5-4, despite Smith averaging ten point less. Jose woke up again and then broke and held, before Bellyboy leveled the game at 6-6. Jose had to only hold twice to pick up the title, but his inconsistency showed up and his form dipped again, Smith broke and Jose then broke back, and at 7-7 and De Sousa throwing for the match Smith broke.
Was an awesome day of darts, but with Smith winning 2 floor championships in 2 days that meant we would have to listen to comms tell us how he is the best in the world because of these comps, knowing full well once its on tv he will most likely shit himself. The guy has talent, then so has chizzy and White, who also have racked up multiple floor wins, but doing it on tv is another thing.
I do think Smith will win one eventually, as Wade said once, if he gets one, he will probably get a heap of them, getting the first one is the hardest.
Event 3.
The first round saw a heap of the in form players go out first round, Clemens, De Sousa, and Cullen. Chizzy and Devon Peterson both lost first round for the third straight day, and out went Rob Cross.
Glen Durrant finally managed to win a game even if it took 3 days as he fell over the line 6-5 against Leung Kai Fan. With so many of the top players out the overall standard was not as high as the previous 2 days,even if Nick Kenny hit a 9 darter, maybe he wore his lucky watch, and Bellyboy himself went out to his namesake Ross Smith in the last 32. The worst game of the entire series was again a game that had Jim Williams, he might have been a bdo finalist, but he is woeful, a double q-school failure and won his game with an average in the 70s against euro jobber Kuivenhoven, so no surprise the bdo jobber was gone next round. Ryan Searle beat Durrant for the 4th time in a row. Willie O Connor had a decent run beating the likes of Wade, Kleermaker and Clayton before losing in the semis to Gerwyn Price. Callan Rydz who looks like a mutant with a hairstyle that looks like its based on Leighton Rees, lost to Hector Cake Lookalike Damon Heta ks like its based on Leighton Rees, lost to Hector Cake lookalike https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sb61ov1hypU Damon Heta in the other semi final. Heta missed crucial doubles at 7-6 down in the final to make it a level game before Price wrapped up the win. Jermaine Wattimena was still in pole position after 3 days to earn the Grand Slam spot despite him lying in 5th place.
There was only 4 averages of 104 or over on the day, the highest being by Ian White with a 105.1.
Event 4.
This saw Thursday's winner Price and James Wade withdraw, but in came MVG. Chizzy won his first game in 4 days as did Devon Petersen, Eob Cross was an early loser again, this time to Lisa Ashton,and Durrant went out in the first round, his 3rd time in 4 days who has made just 1k in the 4 days
Speed Jobber Vinny van der Voort effort to over take Wattimena failed as he lost first round and looked disgusted, which was normal for the miserable cunt. Richie Burnett who threw away multiple legs against hunchback still managed to make it 5-5 against MVG and had the throw for the win and on his throw hit scores of 40, 31, 59, 35, 28, after 15 darts on his throw still had 308 left.MVG did go out next round to Fatpot Lewis who has played really well this series but the results went against him. The first 2 days he averaged over 100 for most of his matches and still lost, would love to see him return to form. He played De Sousa in the semi final, whilst the bookies favorite Wright took on Cullen.
Wright dumped Cullen out with ease for a 7-1 win, whilst Lewis averaging 105 and trailing 5-2, missed darts to level the semi final at 5-5, although Lewis did hold on through he could not break, and De Sousa made his second final. Jose looked to be dead and buried in the final at 7-3 down but did manage to level the game 7-7, but Wright was too strong on his throw and took the title.
There was 7 averages of 104 or over on the day, the highest being by Ian White with a 112.6.
Going in to the last day Wattimena was the clear leader in the race for the slam spot.

Barney was trying to feed his ego yet again this week when the sweaty lying lazy bastard uttered this when asked about he attending q-school and going back on the tour.
"But of course we need from scratch again from January at Q-School if it's going to happen. We still don't know. But I'm more positive which is very dangerous to say at the moment. I'm feeling a different guy right now, I'm really happy with this opportunity."
First off who is to say he will even win a card. We are told constantly by Mardle and other morons how Durrant, you know the guy that has lost to 61 different players in PDC competition, and has never won a major, or even a basic floor comp in over a year, we are told Durrant is one of the best in the World, yet he failed to win an outright tour card, and had to depend on a league runner up spot. Former PDC World finalist Kevin Painter missed out on q-school, as did a few of the begging bdo jobbers who played in bob Potter tin Cup finals.
Even if Barney got a card, he would be fodder to the hungry players of the PDC. You wont see the likes of De Sousa for example throw a hissy fit when things dont go his way,
You don't see the other players promise to turn up to events and then blatantly lie because they are lazy bastards, even the lazy Ando does not promise to do the tour in order to bullshit his way into a Premier League spot year after year.
The sweaty hypoglycemic lying cunt thought he would milk the exbo circuit, but Covid put an end to that, and with a gold digger girlfriend to keep happy, and an ex wife to pay off, he has to haul his over rated arse back to q-school.
Barney of 2007 was a class player,. but that was it, one and a half good years, and lived of that for a decade, in fact his last ranking major was in 2007. He was like the 2007 version of Keith Deller, or the 2018 version of Rob Cross, milking the fuck out of a good year and a bit.
Barney will be over and back on the ferry so often it would be sweet if the Ferry king Deller took Barney under his wing and fucked him up good and proper like he did Adrian Lewis, thankfully Lewis got out and is still young enough to put that nightmare behind him.

This week a famous star and household name from the 70s & 80s passed away. A man whose mere name would have me glued to the telly, but enough about Peter Sutcliffe, as also this week the dart player known as the Ton Machine Alan Glazier passed away after his illness. Joking aside, he was a decent player,and another of those from my childhood days but in typical fashion by today's liberal cunts, the exaggeration has been off the charts about how great he was, and as said a decent player but seen some people who have claimed he was the best left hander in darts. I remember watching his Lakeshite appearances, and there was zero to suggest he was even in the top 3 left handers in the game. That said by all accounts he was a gentleman, and was one of the Icons of Darts. from the Golden Era
