For all the criticism I have stated for Modus I will admit they serve a very useful purpose for players without a tourcard and even gone so far in the past to state I personally think outside of the PDC they are the most organised and somewhat professional org to an extent in darts , seemingly more on the ball that the WDF, Senior and most certainly that organisations like England Darts, the UKDA etc.
However they do have their majors flaws from favoritism for undeserved players getting repeated invites, , blatant lies about players ability and standard, and hyping players to levels far beyond what said players actually are. This week the brown nosing sucking up and outright bullshit reached ridiculous levels. Hippo Barrs must be looking for a full time job with Modus, as he spent the week sucking up to everyone, praising every cunt like they just walked on water and cured cancer. For what were many average games, his commentary was that of classic matches.
On the Monday after Jim Long won his match with Berry van Peer Hippo Bars rambled on how the game was "sensational" a game where both averaged in the 80s then spouted "we had maximums all over the place" they had one each, seems 2 now counts for all over the place.
On Wednesday the morons at Modus got so upset that Pinocchio who had been top of the table due to so many players choking against her got battered deservedly by Berry van Peer they posted this retarded post.
Right away people were pointing out how retarded it was and they quickly deleted it. Can someone explain to me how Peer who is a former PDC World Youth Championship finalist, and also a former PDC tour card holder beating Pinocchio who is a multiple time Q-school failure is a "massive upset" ?
How is Van Peer who is top of the Challenge Tour Order of Merit, beating Pinocchio who is 47th...forty seventh in the Challenge tour a "massive upset". Such is the sucking up to Pinocchio all logic is just going out the window, in the hope if these retarded cunts repeat bullshit over and over people will somehow think it is true. What you must remember Modus is not watched by casual darts fans, most may not be aware of its very existence, so the hardcore fans watching this are less susceptible to outright bullshit.

The main talking points of Players Championships 13
Christian Perez playing his first game of the year, drew Rob Cross first round and won 6-5, and even got to the last 8, and in those few hours did enough to overtake Peter Wright and Adrian Lewis in the rankings for the Players championship Finals. In fact so did Danny Lauby as he first made the last 16 with a 103 average dumping out Germany's biggest jobber Marshmallow Man Clemens before reaching the last 8.
Head shaker Barney won an atrocious game against Ronny Huybrechts 6-3 with a 77 average, and was 3-1 down in that averaging 67,
The French jobber Tricole who played utter shit all the previous week in the Modus Jobber Series beat the plodding Polak Ratajski 6 zip.
Krusty was hammered 6-0 by Stephen Burton...yes Burton in the last 64
Another seed hammered 6-0 was Josh Rock who lost to Killington in the last 32
Connor Scutt won 6-1 against Smudger and the leg he lost was the only leg he lost in his first 3 matches winning 6-1, 6-0 and 6-0.He playe Perez for a spot in the semi finals, I doubt anyone would have predicted either to get that far.
Wade led 5-2 against Noppert in the last 32 and then went to shit and Noppert made it 5-5 and started with a maximum, but Wade suddenly woke up, hit 2 maximums and a 81 checkout for a 12 dart break and win.Not that any of his single wins that day were streamed as usual before he missed countless chances against Bellyboy and lost in a poor quality game.
Bellyboy was the first in to the semis after beating Lauby, followed by Ando who had racked up wins over Dobey, Barney, Williams, Nentjes & Kuivenhoven. Heta who had one of the easiest draws of the day prior to drawing Gerwyn Price, saw off Price, and Scutt saw off Perez. for the final semi final spot.Despite Heta taking out 170 to save the match, he was no match for Ando as Ando took out 140 for the win, and Scutt no match for Bellyboy in the other semi final. Despite leading 5-1 Ando managed to lose the final to Bellyboy and obviously finding something to moan about.
PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIPS 14
Krusty lost first round to another jobber, and the twink Babs slump continued as he went out to Nick Kenny, who must have been wearing his lucky watch. The big shocks of round one were Price and #1 seed Chizzy going out to Mansell & Scott Williams. Rusty Jake had the highest first round average of 107, and it completely dropped in round 2 but was still enough to dump out Bellyboy. Also exiting in the 2nd round were Cross Dirk and Rock. of the top 8 seeds, only the #3 seed was left in the last 32. Wade drew Noppert the #9 seed yet again in the last 32 and Noppert got his revenge as Wade was absolute dog shit, where needing 200 scored 38 to leave no finish, in another leg failed to take out 46 in 6 darts as Noppert went out with a 131 checkout.Game of the round was Smudger win over Sulky Ando.With so many top seeds out it was jobberfest in the last 16.
With only Gilding and De Sousa left in the last 16 it was grim as fuck when jose went out, I was done too, and fucked off out in the garden. Bollix to watching that dribbling mongo Heta and the other Dutch prick with a hair transplant.When I checked back later I was glad I missed it, turned out dribbling Damon won the comp with the lowest recorded average for a players champs since darts connect was up and running. Prior to this latest non ranking , over hyped meaningless event had begun the news came out MvG had to withdraw. I initially thought the hunchback cunt simply could not be arsed wanting to partner with Noppert, remember in past world Cups when he forced the PDC to have Klaasen withdraw, and Klaasen would make up some excuse, as MvG did not like Klaasen, seems however he is going for surgery, hopefully it will take years to heal.
Due to work commitment I saw very little of this, but saw tonight Poland averaged 118 in their game, both Irish nations went out, Portugal were shit as usual, USA finished bottom of their group nd most of the news centered on Belgium where the 2 odious cunts of Barbara van ven Bergh and Huybrechts were at odds, and then tweet was posted
I personally think any animosity between them will actually make it better for them as a team, instead of cunts fist bumping each other after every throw which annoys the living fuck out of me, the resentment might force them to concentrate more and try out do each other which will lead to better concentration, and results. In the end regardless of whoever wins, it is still a meaningless title only serving an interest to the lower ranked players who can use this as a pay day, and hopefully for me I might someday get to see a 9 darter in a doubles event which we have never seen.
As for the other news in darts, if there was I did not see it, between the good weather, work and the fact this was just another non ranking event hyped to the gills, my focus this week was elsewhere.
