KNOB OF THE WEEK

The award this week goes to James Wade, who had an abysmal week as in the Euro Tour #12 qualifier he lost in his very first game to Belgian jobber Geert de Vos.
In the ET #13 qualifier he actually managed to win a game in beating Neils Zonneveld but then lost to another jobber he had previously beat 4 times in a row Jeff Smith.
So he has now missed another 2 euro tours after failing to beat absolute jobbers and here is the kicker, its not his first time bombing twice in the same day this year and missing out on 2 euro tours. Wade is a prime example of how winning one tournament, and being in the top 16 and just about doing enough can keep you ticking over. If he ever drops out of the top ten, which will be sooner rather than later, he will not get back in it. There is no way Wade is on the same level performance wise as those climbing the rankings like Noppert, Dirk, Fluke etc.

The following day in the players championships Wade drew the slow fucker Mansell and despite being 5-3 up and with the higher average managed to suffer another first round exit. He then followed that by pulling out of the next 2 days....probably in a sulk.

This guy is the world #5, and like the fat cunt above him bellyboy in #4, does anyone in their right mind genuinely think either is really among the top 5 players in the world ? Granted in the past Wade won comps on TV, but these days he cannot even qualify for euro tours, and here is the thing, he has not qualified for the Grand Slam either, and Euro tours were an ideal way for players to qualify.
Once Wade drops from the top 16, loses all those automatic entries to some big events, he will tumble further down the rankings, as will Ando who is just as poor these days, and he is another that has not qualified for the grand slam also. Ando is now down to 9th as Cross over took him today. Like Wade and Bellyboy, does anyone think Ando is in the top 10 in the world ?
Should Wade and Ando start sliding down the rankings it wont be Glen Durrant levels of collapsing though.
I remember months back Durrant won a game to end his 19 games in a row losing streak, and I am sure he must be around that mark again if he has not passed it already.
This is Durrants record this week alone.
Euro Tour #12 qualifier. Lost with an average of 69.82
Euro Tour #12 qualifier. Lost with an average of 79.23
Players Championships #22. Lost with an average of 76.17
Players Championships #23. Lost with an average of 80.42
Players Championships #24. Lost with an average of 73.65

I reckon this could be a new unwanted record as the greatest drop in the rankings ever by a player, that is still doing the tour.
There is no way, should he lose his tourcard,he would he make it through Q-school were he to foolishly give it another go. I would like him to regain some form and not lose his card.
Earlier today when Rob Cross won players championships #24, we got yet another example of the favoritism the PDC show to those in their little clique. Cross won and he had to share the interview with Humphrie Dumpty. Why ?
I don't recall all the other losing finalists getting an interview, its always the same, Dan Dawson who looks like a homeless cunt sends the losing finalists on, so again why is Humphries getting interviewed ? Dawson ranted on how fluke won this and that, conveniently omitting how those euro tours had multiple top players missing.
Cross referenced how Humphries was possibly left out of the World Series for being English, fuck Humphries, Danny Noppert is a winner of a proper Major in the UK Open a semi finalist in the recent Matchplay, and higher ranked in the OoM and he was left out of the World series in Holland, and he is Dutch.
Humphries is like Bellyboy, an entitled cunt with an inflated ego who has not won what the PDC refer to as a "Premier Event" but somehow thinks he should be selected above actual major winners like Noppert. Humphries is fantastic hitting ton plus averages as players buckle, but when a class player like Cross gave it back, Humphries is not in the same league as Cross who won the final easily.

WORLD SERIES
The next few weeks sees more non ranking invitational shit, and I will watch because its PDC darts but watch how comms refer to this. If one the PDC clique win one of these , watch how they will suddenly be called a major tv title, in the end, real dart fans know only proper ranking tv titles matter, and tomorrow sees the qualifiers for those left out , with the top 4 seeds being Jose,Noppert, Fluke and Aspinall

THE ORIGINAL 4 PDC MAJORS
Speaking of proper ranking TV Majors, the original big 4 Majors since the PDC (formerly WDC) began were always the World championships, Matchplay, UK Open and the Grand Prix. after the recent Matchplay there has been a total of 102 events, of which Taylor has won 46 of them.
23 different players have got on the list.

Full list (World championship titles in brackets)

46 (14) - - - Phil Taylor
14 (3) - - - Michael van Gerwen
6 - - - James Wade
4 (2) - - - Gary Anderson
4 (2) - - - Peter Wright
3 (2) - - - Adrian Lewis
3 (1) - - - Raymond van Barneveld
2 (2) - - - John Part
2 (1) - - - Rob Cross
2 (1) - - - Gerwyn Price
2 - - - Rod Harrington
2 - - - Colin Lloyd
2 - - - Robert Thornton
1 (1) - - - Dennis Priestley
1 - - - Nathan Aspinall
1 - - - Larry Butler
1 - - - Jonny Clayton
1 - - - Peter Evison
1 - - - Daryl Gurney
1 - - - Danny Noppert
1 - - - Roland Scholten
1 - - - Dimitri Van den Bergh
1 - - - Alan Warriner

In recent years some have called for the Grand Slam to be added to the big 4 since it has become a ranking competition, and in my opinion that made no difference as long as BDO beggar jobbers were getting undeserved invites. Now the beggars are no longer getting invites, we get munters getting shoehorned in despite the PDC tour already being unisex.

If we expand the list to include all Premier Events such as the non ranking TV events of The Premier League, The Masters, The Champions League,  & World Series finals, as well as the TV ranking events of  The European Championships, Players Championships finals, Grand Slam of Darts, and now defunct events as the Las Vegas Desert classic and original championship League of Darts the number of different winners rises to 33.
Nowhere on that list is Bellyboy or Fluke Humphries, in fact multiple players who joined the PDC AFTER Bellyboy have racked up titles like Noppert, Dimitri, Jose De Sousa, and even Glen Durrant.
so until the New Fordham and the Manic Depressive  start winning Premier events, I don't want to hear any shit how they are top players.

To all those that cried or complained how I never mentioned the Munters matchplay. I did not mention it because if the "Unisex" original Matchplay was barely getting a mention I sure as fuck aint mentioning a munter heap of shit that no one really gives a fuck about. It was a shit standard as expected with a bored senseless crown that did not fill half the venue.
They can play the PC card, try force equality down peoples throats, but in the end, munter darts dont sell tickets, and have always piggybacked of the Men's game because financially the munters would die if they tried run alone.

Lastly, the "official bdo" seemingly made a post on facebook today, advertising their yearly shit event in the Sun. Funny how the only event the "BRITISH darts organisation run is a 2 bit event in Spain.
