SENIORS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
News came out early last Saturday of a proposed Seniors World championships, inviting old past World champions for what is really just a glorified nostalgia Event. I actually spoke with people on a forum earlier in the week who tried to compare this proposed event to the genuine PDC World Championships. In the past I spoke how Ally Pally would always out number Lakeside for the number of ex winners in the field, as a sign of strength in depth, however idiots with a severe mental capacity tried to suggest that this Seniors shit, should it ever happen must therefore be good too, due to them all being ex World Champions. What those simpletons failed to comprehend was every ex World Champion at Ally Pally was there because they were there on merit. MVG, Wright, Anderson, Cross, Lewis etc all were there because of their ability and on merit, be it via the Order of Merit or winning a qualifier there was no ex World Champs there by invite, ergo all those ex World champions currently plying their trade in the PDC are at a standard of ability good enough for said World championships.
Then we have this proposed seniors comp, which is nothing but a glorified nostalgia invitational get together. No player will be there on ability,or merit, no one will have to win a qualifier against worthy opponents, they will be invited there because of their name and what did in the past, and in some cases of what the did DECADES AGO. Some of these in their prime were hardly that great to begin with.
I can picture this now, providing they all survive covid, Andy Fordham sitting down, because the obese hun cunt will be too tired to stand whilst some gimpy defective arse kisser takes the darts out of the board for him. John Lowe who after last week looked like he was going senile talking to himself on twitter, might not even know who he is by then, will be wandering around in a daze whilst spineless Adams just stands there and giggles at him like a complete spastic looking for another handout the begging cunt, meanwhile Richie Burnett coked out of his head will see Les Wallace in a Kilt and think its a Welsh Woman cos that's what they look like, and invite him out to Phil Taylors campervan that is parked in the car park for a pot noodle.

THE PREMIER LEAGUE
Monday began with news that Vermin Price was out with Covid and Wade who had turned up as a standby player was in....why Wade even turned up after they initially snubbed him is a wonder.Its not like he needed the money. Price being forced out by government law had this spastic on twitter fuming.
Do they not realize how ridiculous it is hyping the same player that seemingly was not good enough before selection.The comp kicked off and first up were 2 players not even in the PDC top ten and both going the opposite direction, shit game, Aspinall won 7-3, Durrant averaging 87.99, which would be a sign of things to come.De Sousa was up next against Cross and had zero interest in it, and went and made a cup of tea, and saw the last few legs, where the most boring player in years earned a point against Jose. Clayton and Krusty followed and was a great game, with some awesome checkouts, finished 6-6 with Krusty 100% on doubles. Then we had Wade, still being hyped against the lazy moaning whiny Anderson. great scoring, woeful finishing and Wade was waiting on 80 for all 3 points, before Ando took out 156 for a draw. Hunchback finished off the night , and a decent watch and after Dimitri broke to throw for the win in the last leg blew it as MVG got a point. The only player to lose on the night was Durrant who was the worst player on the night. Afterwards on Sky came a montage in memory of the late great Eric Bristow,produced by Sky, but they left out how Sky fucked him over and unjustly sacked him. I absolutely despise Sky, this is just another reason I am glad I cancelled my subscription yonks backs.
Tuesday night kicked off with Ando and De Sousa, and looked like a 5th consecutive draw but Jose fucked a point away. Next up was Clayton who was poor by his recent standard, but still battered Durrant who again averaged in the 80s., and firmly rooted to the bottom of the table. Then we had Dimitri who took a 3-1 lead and missed darts for a 4-1 against Aspinall before the Asp took out a 144 and then won 4 on the trot to lead 5-3, but Dimitri was the better player and despite Dimi missing darts to break he got another chance, and made it 5-5, and ran out a 7-5 winner with a 12 darter on the bull where the doubling was awful. Dimitri averaged 103 despite 19 missed doubles.
Then we had MVG against Wright and was grade A -shit, Krusty had his chances, and missed doubles to break and 2-2,and that was it as MVG won 7-2 with a 92 average. It was woeful stuff from Wright. In the next game Wade was even worse, as he was raped by Rob Cross, 7-3, and Wade lucky to win the legs he did. Oddly as bad as Wade was,his average, was only half a point less than Durrant's, it seemed a lot worse.
Wednesday kicked off with Rob Cross being introduced as the winner of 9 PDC titles, sounds impressive, except 5 of them are floor comps, and one a world series event, up against MVG. Decent game which MVG won 7-3. In the next game Dimitri hit a 23 darter to break Durrant in leg one.Durrant lost 7-0, missed 16 darts at a double and averaged 84.42. Wright beat Ando 7-4 in a decent game, at 6-4 Ando missed 2 darts to break and would have been chucking for a draw. Wade and Aspinall followed that, and Wade was as shit as he was the night before, He missed 3 darts to break at 3-1 down and missed doubles for 5-3, and lost 7-4, only Durrant was worse than him. Last up was Clayton and De Sousa, great game but will be remembered for Clayton's 9 darter, Clayton averaged 105.26, and Jose lost with a 108.48.
Thursday kicked off with Dimitri against Wright with Dimi missing a heap of crucial doubles including 3 darts for a 6-4 lead, but Wright finished strongly and both got a point in a game with a dozen maximums. Next up was Clayton who was below par and lost 7-3 to Rob Cross, in a game that had 26 missed darts at a double. De Sousa kicked off his game against with Aspinall with 6 perfect darts, and then miscounted,and then missed darts at the correct double and lost the leg.Then in leg 2 hits a 9 darter....De sousa is great entertainment. He missed 3 darts for a 6-4 lead, and in the end despite equaling the PL record of 11 maximums by a player in a single game and a 9 darter he only managed to earn a point. Wade was a complete underdog on form against MVG, and despite both playing poorly Wade missed the bull for a 161 and a 5-1, lead and MVG held and made it 4-2 and the legs went with throw and Wade held for 6-4 and an assured point, and missed tops for the win, but got another go. Wade was hardly that good, but MVG was very poor averaging only 91.62.
Anderson then followed making it 4 defeats on the spin for Durrant, Glen has not hit a ton plus average on tv since September last year, before Covid, and that was in a non ranking World Series event, and now he cannot average higher than 89.
Friday started off with Clayton against Anderson, a decent watch and Clayton a deserved winner, and more signs this years pl will be a tough one to call, after that Wright and Cross, and Wrights darts annoyed the shit out of me with their wobbling, in the 8th leg Wright left 51 after 9 and did not get a shot, and Cross missed 2 darts for a 6-4 lead, Wright hit an 11 darter for a 6-5 lead, and made it 4 legs on the trot for a 7-5 win. MVG needed 100 and 148 checkouts to stay level at 2-2 in his game against Aspinall who was the better player. Asp who was averaging 10 points more was soon trailing 4-2, but got it back to 5-5, but was lucky to get the draw in the final leg, even if he deserved it. Durrant started well enough against Wade, but bust 110 for 2-2, and it allowed Wade to break for 3-1, and held with a 152 checkout for 4-1 and at 5-1 looked all over but Durrant dug in against a shit Wade and broke and held for 5-3. it was woeful stuff. When Wade held for 6-3 Durrant was throwing a strop, and that was it as Wade ran out 7-3, and again no Wade interview, and again another sub 90 average for Durrant. Last up was De Sousa against Dimitri, with the usual miscount by de Sousa as he missed a few darts for a 6-1 lead, but did get the break for a 6-3 lead and on throw hit his 26th maximum of the five night on his way to wrapping up a 7-3 win.

Conclusion: I have to admit I enjoyed the 5 nights, having the darts in a block session like this is far better than being drip fed it once a week, and the next 4 days in the next block in ten days time seems far more attractive. Quality wise there has been a load of shit, Durrant obviously but Wade has been poor, and MVG shit by his standard. Yes there was 2 nine darters but fuck them, I rather a good game than a good leg.

Darts is full of so called experts, you only need to look at the agenda bdo loving mushrooms for example to realize they hand pick certain stats to fit their argument rather that letting the overall stats dictate the truth. Look how Bunting won a Bob Potter cup and was heralded as a future PDC top player, mushrooms tried to brainwash people that winning a Bob Potter cup was something worthy and deserving of a spot in the PL, and it worked, all is took was sugar dodger to give the sobbing cunt a hug and he was in. That is why the are very quiet on Scott Mitchell after he jobbed at Q-school, so they push that to the side, ignore Lakeshite finalists like Alan Norris, Dean Winstanley etc because that wont suit their agenda.Likewise the pretend the absolute failure of Wayne Warren at q-school did not happen, or forget Jim williams is a 3 time failure at q-school.
