A couple of weeks ago Dan Dawson was ripping the piss out of the BDO, mostly about the spelling on the Lakeshite cheque, and continued it with his replies to mushrooms who got offended.
suddenly he stopped mocking the scum of the BDO and went quiet. I wonder if the scum threatened him with slaps, because by the time the PDC players champs #4 had begun, Dawson was calling Durrant one of the best players in the World. I shit you not.
The same Durrant who went out early in 2 of the first 3 players champs to guys like Alan Tabern was now suddenly one of the best in the world.
Dawson then called those who said Durrant would not cut it as idiots, except nobody said he would not cut it, people were citing how Durrant is not as good as the filth of the BDO would have you believe. He got the same fanfare and plaudits as Stephen Bunting when he switched and look at where Bunting is now. Bells Palsy Durrant will make a living like Bunting, but calling him one of the best in the world is beyond retarded. Here are some facts the likes of Dawson ignores, the "best in the world" would not be jobbing first round to Alan Tabern or Luke Woodhouse.Nor would the "best in the world" be getting their clock cleaned at Q-school by guys like Darren Herewini, Vince Tipple or Reece Robinson , nor would the "best in the world" be depending on league position to earn a tourcard.
When Dave Chisnall is beating Bells Palsy in a final with an average in the 80s, its safe to assume he is most certainly not one of the best in the world.
As for Bunting, tonight he averaged 77 against that cunt Justin Pipe and failed to even qualify for the first Euro tour of the year, Bunting is not in the top 16, almost packed up the game twice, and this from the guy who won a floor comp when he switched as well.
Remember Jamie Cave-In not only won a players champs, he won back to back comps one weekend, and look where he is now, stinking out some chalet on the bdo travel club piss up tour with his husband.
Then the PDC floor comps are ideal for ex BDO players. The likes of Wigan and Barnsley is like home to the BDO, depressing out of date cold halls, with no fans in attendance, its like a bdo "major", so any wonder the ex bdo guys would feel at home there.
I did laugh when the crooked eye Durrant claimed after he won his players champs #4 that he was now not only a bdo champ but a PDC champ. I like how he thought players champs #4 and Lakeshite were on equal merit. When I pointed this out on a forum the bdo "fanatics" went quiet....I wonder why.
I think Glen Durrant could be the new Ian White, a deformed looking cunt who is almost 50 who will clean up on the floor and do fuck all on tv in the PDC. His TV record in the PDC is hardly good, failed to do well in any Grand Slam even losing a match to Gilding, along with losses to Barney, Ando, Price, Wright and Corey Cadby. Lost to Gurney in his PL appearance. Until the toxic avenger starts winning matches against the true "best in the world " players, he is a nobody, just another player who has won a players champ. How many floor titles has Justin Pipe, Jamie Cave- In etc ? Until he is winning games on TV against the cream of the crop he will be just another over rated player who got the same hyped up treatment as bunting got when he turned his back on the BDO.
Wait til Durrant is on the end of some severe ass whippings from Ando, MVG etc lets see how his confidence holds up then, but as I said before he has done decent enough and has taken advantage of the chokers he has played so far and can only beat whats in front of you, even if he has lost to some utter jobbers along the way as well. Durrant will get hidings of the top players, like what price, wade, chisnall etc all got over the years, the factor is how will durrant deal with these. As said it almost forced bunting to retire, how will durrant handle it.
For me Dawson citing Durrant as one of the best in the World and kissing the hole of the BDO just over a week after he mocked the shit out of the BDO earns him the Knob of the Week. The last time I saw someone do a 180 turn like that was when the admin of the Stars of Darts forum shat his load in front of his wife when the pensioner and bdo scumbag Wayne Williams threatened him and his wife's business and the forum owner suddenly became pro bdo or when Chris Mason used to mock the shit out of the BDO whoilst commentating on the PDC and then did a complete u turn and sucked up to the BDO again when he got the comms job at Lakeshite whoring himself and his so called principles out for a pay check.
I am still waiting for this supposed announcement from the BDO of this great news that is due. Afterall it must be huge seeing as Des thinks the bdo can rival the PDC soon.
How ?
Will the BDO be giving out multiple millions each year in prize money ?
Will the BDO be on Sky Sports ?
Will the be on ITV or even BBC ?
Will they sell out arenas in minutes ?
Will they have sponsors lining up for events ?
How exactly are the BDO going to be on a par with the PDC ?
The BDO or should I say Des and the BDO Board. since "des" somehow thinks he is above the bdo board and considers the bdo board beneath him, such is his ego, vanity and insecurity, they announced the "Torromolinos" event. I find it amazing how bdo scum love to whine how I make spelling mistakes on my blog, yet when the BDO make spelling mistake non stop the same people go quiet.

On to the PL, another week where the ex postman and head shaking privileged cunt Barney gets a point due to a collapse by his opponent. This week the former War and pretend Austrian blew a great chance to bury another victim and let Barney off.
Lets hope Barney jobs this weekend and results go against him and he misses the matchplay for definate.
If Durrant is one of the "best in the world" according to Dan Dawson and the bdo morons, and Durrant was the bdo #2 then surely using the same logic Mark McGeeney must be better than Durrant. Afterall, unlike Durrant he won a tourcard outright, something Durrant vould not do. So qualifying for the PDC Euro tours would be a piece of piss for the former #1 in the bdo....but alas not. The former BDO jobbed in both events and could not qualify for the Euro tours. Kevin Burness and Merv bad back King disposed 0of McGeeney with ease.
How about the other ex bdo player who won a tourcard ouright in Scott Baker ? Surely he would have no trouble against the jobbers in qualifying for a Euro tour ? No..he failed in both qualifiers as well. He lost to Matthew Dennant and Ross Smith.
Jamie Hughes lost to Richie Edhouse but did manage to qualify for the second Euro Tour.
Bells Palsy surely would qualify for both Euro tours what with him being one of the "best in the world"...alas not, another giant of the game Mickey Mansell sent Phantom of the opera packing so only qualifies for a single euro
Tonight there was 2 nine darters, one of which was hit by ricky Evans and the time it took was only 1 minute and 3 seconds which is amazing considering his opponent was one of the slowest cunts in history in Justin Pipe.
I was going to check out who got through in the European qualifiers but in truth I was past the point in caring, was too busy doing other shit that to me was far more important.
