I was going to award Knob of the Week to the medic who sadly saved Barneys life, but thought otherwise as the crying by precious little cunts who would get upset by the obvious piss taking, would go through the roof and cause so many to have a meltdown because some think this this blog is so important and serious. So instead will award it to another diabetic prick instead.
I continued to mention stats like how Cave-In who then had been playing 23 years, never once made the semi final of a TV comp. let alone a major.
In his entire career made just 5 quarter finals......2 in the UK Open, where he lost to the likes of Denis Ovens and Colin Osborne, once in the Players champs finals and twice in the European championship, and in one of them was 9-3 up on Whitlock and lost the game 10-9. In the same year Cave-In made records in darts, like when he lost first round in 5 competitions in just 8 days, and his run of first round exists continued to 8 in a row. .. Before the year was even over he lost in either the first or second round of comps for 20 comps on the trot before I gave up counting.
This led to Cave-In challenging me to a game of darts, cos somehow in his stunted mind , him beating me in a game would somehow negate all the stats I posted. When I pointed this obvious truth out to him, he then decided to tell me enjoy my job, as he proceeded to boast about his supposed huge income, how he made more than me, etc.
This did not surprise me, it is a tactic many insecure players have adopted on social media in the past, including Wayne Mardle, Bo Selecta and Glen Durrant. Putting aside the fact when you factor in expenses, hotels, food, tax, etc Cave-Ins income was nowhere what he tried to suggest, it was clear his career was on the slide. Then there was his wife who started accusing other people of being me, such was the levels of paranoia. Cave-In left the forum in a sulk, and of course the mods who tried defend Cave-Ins bullshit looked even more pathetic. The threads were locked and posts deleted.
Today I saw the jobbers name for the first time, and now the prick is whoring himself out for what is obviously pittance in this Modus online muck. He was advertised for the next phase of this online comp. So how is that income of yours now Jamie ? How is your day job ? you know that ordinary job most people do that you looked down your nose at, and tried to belittle when you claimed to making all that imaginary money ? or do you even have one of them or are you sponging of the system these days ? He who laughs last......eh ?
Speaking of this modus online heap of shit, watched about an hour of it on Thursday before the Super Series started.Richard North beat Andy Jenkins with a 77 average, Scooty Eye had a 75, Conan Whitehead in his game averaged 66, to go along with another average of 77 he had, and that was only some of the averages I saw,it was woeful stuff for the majority of it. Thank fuck for the PDC
SUPER SERIES 2
DAY 1 :
Aspinall was one of the first top players out as he lost 6-2 to Ashton.Chas Barstow who has not even got a tour card missed match darts to beat the #1 seed Joe Cullen. Also out early were Gurney, Anderson, Barney, Whitlock and Wade. Klaasen and Humphries went 11 legs and took a mere 14 minutes. Matthew Edgar hit a 9 darter. In the second round out went Durrant, Clayton, De Sousa, White and King. Wayne Jones only one leg against Vermin Price, and that leg was a 9 darter. Those into the last 16 included Cullen who had an average of 111.4, Chizzy with a 107.1 and Dirk van Duijvenbode with a 106.9, and Brendan Dolan sent Price out.Ashton won her 3rd game of the day beating Adrian Lewis, which included a sweet 125 checkout with Bull 25, Bull. The last 8 were Dolan, Cullen, Searle, Smith, Joyce, Mitchell, Van Duijvenbode and soutar...who beat Peter Wright. The Mensur against Duijvenbode was the best game of the day, it was an awesome watch. Dirk averaged over 117, and his average for the day over 4 matches was 108.He played 32 legs, and hit 21 maximums to that point.
First player in to the Semis was Bellyboy who beat Searle. Soutar ended Dirks run, after dirk had missed multiple match darts, Cullen averaged 105 in dumping out Joyce, and Dolan averaged almost 110 beating Mitchell who averaged almost 107. At this point there was 41 ton plus averages for the day.
Dolan beat Cullen, and Smith fell over the line against Soutar. In the final Dolan beat Bellyboy to pick up his 8th floor title. No surprise Bellyboy choked in yet another final, TWELVE YEARS he is in the PDC, and comms act like he is some up and coming kid.
DAY 2:
The first 5 winners of day 2 were Cullen, Clayton, Price, Smith and Peterson and every one of them averaged over the ton. Peterson over 108. Main first round casualties included De Sousa, Ratajski, Lewis, Barney and Aspinall who lost with a 107 average. Soutars good run was ended in the last 32 by Dolan, by then Chizzy, Clayton, Durrant, Ando, Suljovic, and White had all been beaten. Wade was the first into the last 8 after beating Heaver in an atrocious game, he was joined by Van Duijvenbode, Smith, Humphries, Price, Hughes, Zonneveld and Dolan, who survived a match dart against Cullen.
Dolan beat Wade who was lucky to get that far, Price sent Bellyboy out, Humphries beat Van Duijvenbode and Hughes beat Zonneveld.
We were assured a jobber in the final as Humphries played Hughes, which Humphries won in a last leg decider. In the final he played Vermin Price who beat Dolan in a great game. Price was far too strong and extended his lead as the world #1. Humphries picked up some great wins along the way with wins over Wright, White, and Barney. There was 42 ton plus averages on the day.
Day 3:
The main first round losers included Wright, White, Chizzy, Dolan, Ratajski, Bunting, Waites, and Durrant averaging a mere 79. In the last 64, the bigger names took a mauling, out went Price, Aspinall, Cross, Cullen, Suljovic, Ando, Gurney, King, Whitlock and Barney. In the last 32, the remaining bigger names of Wade, Smith, Clayton and De Sousa made it to the last 16, where Smith was battered by Clemens, and Wade came from 5-2 down to win. Clayton and De Sousa also kept their run going. There was only 3 players in the top 25 of the OoM still in.
The last 8 were Clayton, De Sousa, Wade, Clemens, Heaver, Van der Voort, Labanauskas and Barstow, where Clayton beat De Sousa, Heaver beat Vvd Voort, Wade beat Labanauskas, and Clemens beats Barstow. In the semis, Heavers great run came to an end at the hands of Clayton where he lost 7-0, in the other semi Wade led 4-0, and needed a break of throw to stop going 6-5 down and held on for the win.In the final Wade paid the price for his countless scores without a treble, Clayton won yet another players championships.
DAY 4:
Gary Anderson and Kirk Shepherd pulled out of the event, and by the time the first round was over out went Clayton, Chizzy, White, Smith, Barney, Lewis, King, Whitlock and Durrant, play then was suspended whilst a player recieved medical attention. Transpired it was Barney, as play commenced, and Wade, Wright, Price, Cullen , Dolan, and Cross all made it through to the last 32. In said last 32, out went Aspinall, Suljovic, Cross and Wade.
In the last 16 Cullen Wright, Dolan and Price all won, and did so again in the last 8, with the four hitting averages of 101.3, 108.3, 105.6, & 107.4.In the first semi, Wright beat Cullen with a 103.6 average and Price with a 101.7 average beat Dolan. Wright again averaging over 100 for the 5th time today, beat Price 8-3. Seemingly he said on PDC.tv that MVG wont win a televised tournament this year. Will be interesting to see how the hunchback responds.
As for the rankings, Humphries and Dolan switched places a number of times over the 4 days, but together they both are closing in on the top 32.
Bellyboy the deluded fat entitled prick who thinks he will be back in the top 4 this year, reached just one final, and of course lost in it, and then there is Durrant who had the flukiest year in PDC history last year, won the worst premier league in history, with the lowest final night averages ever, against players who all under performed. Go back through my blog and you will see where I said numerous times Durrant was never a top 10 player. I said he was a good player, who was vastly over rated, because he won a bob Potter Cup. The same moronic idiots who hyped him, did the same for Bunting, and I too said he would never be a top ten player, and I was proven right there as well.
Durrant is currently in 13th spot, and only for players like Ratajski having a dreadful super series, he would have been overtaken. Durrant is also defending a semi final worth 50k at the matchplay, and could be out of the top 16 by the time that is over. His only saving grace is a lot around him are just as shit at the moment. Gurneys game is dogshit, Ian Shite is jobbing in floor comps he once did well in, Aspinall is only going the wrong direction also. Players like Dimi who had a flukey win is throwing muck.
With this clusterfuck of a Premier League the next live darts, and Durrant being the holder of this glorified invitational exbo, he will either carry on his appalling form, and be hammered, every night, or it might be the catalyst to kick start his year.
-------
Seems I was wrong and the Paul Nicholson columns on those bdo jobbers who could have succeeded in the PDC continued this week. Next on his mental illness list was Tony O'Shea, you can see the nonsense HERE
In much the same way as he hyped spineless Adams, he tried to convince people one of the worst chokers in the history of the BDO would win events in the PDC, when the same useless cunt could not win them in the BDO with a lower standard and depleted field. This is a guy that choked in THREE Bob Potter Cup finals. Scott Waites averaging a pathetic 86 raped him in one final, he lost to Christian Kist in another, choked in the final of 2 Winmau Masters, when even Mervyn King could win a final. Tony David raped him 6-0 in sets in the World Darts Trophy final, and lost to Merv King again in another final in the International Darts League.
In the Grand Slam of Darts has lost to players like Mark Walsh, Merv King, Terry Jenkins and Robert Thornton, plus lost to James Wade, Raymond van Barneveld, Gary Anderson, Michael van Gerwen, and Phil Taylor. The guy has won nothing of note...never mind calling him Silverback, it should be YellowBack.
Nicholson thinks he could have been in the Premier League....I initially laughed at that, then realized the PL spots were never actually given out on actual merit outside the automatic top 4, so yeah, had he switched they could have easily given him an undeserved spot. I am looking forward to who Nicholson picks next, I am not sure if he realizes how this is in unintentional comedy.
Also how is Cyprus part of the BDO ? I thought BDO stood for BRITISH darts Organisation.Did not know Cyprus was part of Britain. Then BDO geography was always fucked up, this is the organisation, along with the WDF that would have you believe Jersey, Isle of Man, Catalonia, and Hong Kong were actual countries.
