KNOB OF THE WEEK

This goes to the comms this week for the nonsense they spouted for the 5 days so far. Comms constantly stating a perfect 9 darter can only be got by starting on tops, which is a blatant lie as you could start on double 17, followed by 5 treble 20's to leave 167.Then the bullshit from comms never stopped, these are the same cunts that told us MvG was back, and how the fat scouse cunt Bunting was the peoples champion, Why ? I and many other people do not like the prick, comms just making retarded blanket statements does not make it true. I was glad to see the back of Bunting, as well as MvG proving yet again the stupidity of comms forcing the idiotic notion that MvG was back.

Whilst we all know the results I would like to point out how the match fixing cunt going out will always be a welcome result for me, but him being the first player to go out was even more wonderful and the perfect start to the competition. 7 of the 16 seeds went out first round, and so much for the morons who claimed MvG was back cos he won a utterly meaningless non ranking invitational world series piece of shit. Felt sorry for Gian van Veen hitting the highest average and going out to the fat short kebab guzzler, although the obese squat fucker played brilliantly himself.
Outside of the Price Littler quarter final, I found the 3 other quarter finals to be pretty boring and one sided.
My biggest complaint was the format of the opening round being only the first to 2 sets. Yes it meant the possibility of more upsets which we got, and I understand the time constraints, but seriously who would not have liked to see another set of Littler and Van Veen ? Heta and Wade who both lost might have had different outcomes with a best of 5 but regardless of results, the first to 2 sets seemed a little too short.
As Grand Prix's goes this overall has been a poor Grand Prix, far too many one sided games and whilst I think the semis will be closer, I do not expect anything other than a final with the 2 Lukes. This Grand Prix needs 2 great semi finals and a quality final to make up for a lackluster event so far.

RANKINGS
A Littler victory will not get him the #1 spot in the rankings, even if Humphries lost in the semis, but its only a matter of time before he claims the top spot as I cannot see Humphries winning the Worlds and multiple other events. Noppert is up to world #10 a jump of 4 places, a semi win jumps him another 2 spots. Price despite a decent enough run drops 4 places to #11. Oddly Chizzy who did not play moved up a spot to # 178 as those around him defend more. The biggest losers were Bellyboy dropping 6 spots to #27 and Joe Cullen dropping 5 places to #32. Cullens performance against Ando after his win over Wade was typical Cullen, one jammy good performance and followed up with absolute dogshit The only other player to move up 4 places outside Noppert was Menzies moving up to world #29.

With the Eeuropean Championships in less than 2 weeks, it going to be bleak news for Wright fans as Krusty already down to world # 18 is defending 120k and an early exit could see drop to around #30. Not good news for Wade either defending 60k but will remain in the top 10 regardless. Noppert and Van Veen defend 40k each, so Noppert's good run in the GP will aid his recent upturn.

With Players champs during the week, and a euro tour at the weekend, the darts season finally goes into overdrive.

As for the Modus Match fixing Series, and the other WDF rubbish, why would I give a flying fuck when there is so much DC darts to keep up with.

I also read a stroy about Clayton complaining that next year there will be 15 pro tours in Germany which he believes is too many as there is also the European tours and all the traveling involved.  I get it British players do not like how the game is getting more global, but see it from the point of the many non British who have to constantly travel to the UK for pro tours and a lot of the Majors including the Worlds, Matchplay, Grand Prix, UK Open etc..

During the 2nd set of the Bunting and Noppert game Sky had to block out the crowd singing Keir Starmer is a wanker, whilst it appears it was not clear to viewers due to Sky editing audio, the story made a lot of news on social media.
