The qualifiers for Euro tour 13 took place on Friday, and by the time I got home and checked on the UK results I was hardly surprised to see Mark McGeeney, the self confessed #129th best player in the world, Scott Baker, Stephen Bunting, Conan Whitehead, all recent Lakeshite regulars, and contenders, all jobbing out and unable to even qualify for the Euro tour. I thought all these bdo additions would make a huge impact in the PDC. ?

The ex bdo euro jobbers were just as bad as Jelle Klaasen, Christian Kist, and to my delight, the useless over rated lazy hypoglycemic ego maniac ex postman cunt Barney. I hope he misses out on a load of comps in this final year.
There was a rumour last week how Taylor said he might return, would be hilarious if Taylor rocked up to Q-school and came back, , I would still think he would win more in a month than barney would win in an entire year if Barney did a u-turn. I do not see Taylor returning, even if he does have a huge ego, and understandable considering what he won, but Barney is fucked even if he changed his mind, and most people will be glad to see the back of him.
Speaking of results, last weekends Euro tour was more proof yet again that Glen Durrant is just another over rated ex bdo player who has been hyped to the eyeballs simply because he won a Bob Potter Cup. Its like the Stephen Bunting saga all over again, said player wins Lakeshite, goes to the PDC wins a scabby floor champs and the delusional mushrooms would have you believe he is one of the best in the world.
Last weekend Durrant got 2 of the easiest draws he could ever hope to get, to reach the last 8, and the first player in form he met in Gerwyn Price and Durrant buckled quicker than a prime Andy Hamilton, Chizzy, Mason or Terry Jenkins.
And this was a comp that had no MVG, Gary Anderson, Dave Chisnall or James Wade,
If Dan Dawson truly would have us believe Durrant was that good, then last weekend was a dismal failure after his 2 lucky draws in an already depleted field.
But the biggest cunt of the entire last weekend was that stupid cunt James Richardson. The humped back "droopy" lookalike came out wearing a medal, which looked like he was a member of the special olympics. If his poppy and national front image was not bad enough already.

Last week I spoke about the state of the Unicorn boards, and the number of bounce outs and darts even falling out of the board....and lo and behold the PDC website posted a link by Unicorn about some stats about bounce outs. That is all well and good except the link they posted was one that was posted WEEKS AGO !!
Is this how Unicorn react to criticism ? Post old stats again in the hope the fans are too fucking thick to realize the news in now new but regurgitated shit that posted weeks earlier on twitter.
Put the effort in to making your boards a better quality instead, and make something worth the money ye charge.
Also this week on the PDC website, the PDC announced 2000 more tickets available for sale for the Greatest Show on Earth after the PDC cancelled tickets that turned up for resale elsewhere. Fair play to the PDC to try stop touts from scamming the PDC dart fan who has no problem putting his hand in his pocket to attend events.....something the BDO will never have to worry about, as no one wants to buy tickets to their shit events.

Speaking of shit BDO events, this weekend is the BDO British Open.
Here is an event, that has been running since 1975, and true dart fans my age and generation will remember when this was a proper big event in the 80s, long before the split, when the likes of Bristow, Jockey, Bob Anderson and Lowe were winning these events.
In 1986, Eric Bristow won this event and won the first prize of five thousand pound.
33 years later and this weekend the first prize for the men is....£3,000.
£5k in 1986 is almost £15k in today's money, so the current prize fund is a fucking fifth of what it was. The blame for this lies with every single useless cunt that has bullshitted the mushrooms for over 3 decades, from the Olly Croft to the bearded cunt Adams, to Popcorn teeth to the bullshitting ex waiter with the huge white plastic teeth and every useless cunt in between.
You think that is bad, look at what the Munters are getting. The entry fee is twenty quid, that's right, the BDO players still pay entry fees, unlike the PDC whose players don't pay entry fees.
Should a Munter enter and pay her £20 quid and lasts all the way to the semi final, she will get....drumroll.....160 quid....yes...160 quid for a semi final in an event the BDO are trying to hoodwink people in to thinking it is still a prestigious competition while offering peanuts to the monkies.
I know I slate the Munters game for the lack of quality, but that money is a fucking disgrace.I know the BDO is only pub player standard, but most pubs pay more than that in competitions, how in the blue fuck does the BDO board look their players in the eyes and not feel completely useless. Have these cunts zero shame to go with their zero awareness ?

Harms and Veenstra never made it to the venue tonight to play their doubles comp after missing their flights, the final was won by Scott Waites and Gary Thompson, that 300 quid first prize each must be life changing to the two Yorkshire men.
Lisa Ashton and Maria O Brien invested their 40 quid for the munters comp, and won the event and got 200 quid each...
Lastly, the PDC announced that the upcoming Champions League of Darts, live on BBC, the channel that fucked out the bdo to have a non ranking PDC one will give the crowd 100,000 pounds should a nine dart be hit live.
Imagine that, on a whim, the PDC can just put up a prize of 100k , while the bdo players pay for pittance.
BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and their own PDC TV, seems the mushrooms who moan about the "PDC are cunts" and how the "bubble will burst" will have to wait a little longer for that bubble to burst.
