Then you have the Ian Whites, Michael Smith and Dave Chisnall, guys who have never won anything of note, and possibly never will choking up the top 16. Then add in you old farts clogging up the rankings, cunts like Merv King, Steve Beaton, Vincent van der Voort and the OoM is suddenly looking a lot bleaker.
Vermin Price, like him or not at least appears to give a shit, Cross is decent but inconsistent, and Mensur is solid if unspectacular. We can only hope the likes of Aspinall, Jeffrey de Zwaan, Dobey etc can keep on improving.
God forbid we do get a player with charisma or some sort of character that makes matches more entertaining, like Vermin Price, we all know the darts mafia the DRA will be all over them like flies on shit to fine them and punish them for daring to be different.
The only needle we are now allowed in darts is the pretend needle that shaking sack of shit Dave Clark makes up to hoodwink fans into thinking needle exists, but any real tension is quickly buried under the carpet.
Also a mention for the Tom Kirby Matchplay, where Keane Barry beat Liam Gallagher in an entertaining final, of somewhat atrocious finishing by Gallagher. Keane will now be playing at least twice at Ally Pally, after gaining a spot in the world champs and will also be there for the JDC world final.

Then Durrant was lucky in the very next round to scrape another 6-5 win against Cody Harris, a player that does not even have a tourcard. Durrant loss came in the next game to Callan Rydz, a player who only just got his tour card a fortnight ago.
How is a player who scrapes past players with no tourcard one of the best in the world ? For those keeping count,Rydz was the 43rd...yes Forty third ..different player to beat him in PDC competition. When you add up all those with multiple victories against him like Cullen, White, Smith, Price etc bringing the losses to almost 60 you have to question the mental well being of morons who call him one of the best in the world.
Is it any wonder Dan Dawson, Paul Nicholson, and Wayne Mardle are ridiculed across forums and social media for hyping the bdo cloggers as if they were the elite top players.This is why they win Knob of the Week awards.
The following day Glen Durrant the "best in the world" went out first round to Carl Wilkinson....the 44th person to beat him in PDC competition.

Dolan won 2 players champs and got no invite, De Sousa also won 2 events this year and got no invite, in fact Ratajski won even more events this year than Durrant and had a better year and he got no invite either, so why should Durrant be picked automatically for the world series. ? If Durrant was as good as the comms and brainwashed simpletons would have us believe, then surely him entering a depleted field in the World Series qualifiers where he has to only win 4 games against lesser players would be no problem at all if he is as good as we are told....well we would see.
He entered and was lucky to get through round 1, after Ted Evetts missed at least 3 match darts to send him out. As luck would have it Durrant was drawn against Ratajski with the winner going through to the world Series. As I said earlier, Ratajski is a far superior player, and had a better year and sure enough Ratajski battered the snot out of Durrant. He raped him 6-0.
So listen up Mardle, Nicholson, Dawson and every single cunt who thinks Durrant is one of the best in the world, take that statement and shove it up your hole., stats prove he is most certainly not among the best in the world.
Durrant is just another Bunting, Kist, Klaasen, Beaton,etc a former Lakeshite champ only in the PDC to make up the numbers and have a brief glimpse of the top level before finding his place just outside the top 16. A number of people wanted me to award Des the liar knob of the Week due to a number of things from no tickets being available yet for the "world pro" in the back room of the Indigo, his handling of the Masters, and his capitulation in front of the PDC where he was outright told to pick Glen Durrant for the Grand Slam.
Lets be honest, what could the lying cunt do when ordered by the PDC ? The bdo is so insignificant and has no leverage. Its not like the BDO pay one quarter of the running costs, or pay one quarter of the prize fund, they are begging scavengers grateful to even be allowed even take part and contribute 8 players to use as whipping boys...or girls as well since 2 munters were added only for political correctness reasons.

I have spoken with Tony many times and like the guy,and also agree Durrant should not be part of the BDO selection, but he is speaking a load of shit if he thinks the BDO is in any position to pull its players. The event will sell out regardless, Sky will show it regardless, and the comp would be a higher standard with all PDC players than it would be with bdo jobbers, and if Des the liar pulled the players, I bet you those players who would miss out on a pay day would turn on Des quicker before they would hate the PDC, who owe them nothing anyway. It could even make the players leave for the PDC even quicker if Des stopped them earning a payday, which is in most cases their biggest payday of the year for some of them. The highest ranked English player of the BDO begging squad is Dave Parletti, then hardly surprising Parletti will be at the Slam begging for the PDC coin, he is an expert when it comes to the poor mouth and cap in hand....the begging piece of shit he is.
As for Durrant he is a PDC player , and if he is not good enough to qualify via the org he now represents, then he should not be there, why should the bdo give one of its spot to a player that stabbed them in the back and walked out on them after he previously claimed to be BDO for life. I get it Glen wanted to leave, I do not blame him, but you cannot go back and take one of their spots when you fail to qualify via the code you now represent.
Since Durrant is going, any money he wins should not be added to his Order of merit as that would be an unfair advantage. The real people to blame for this whole debacle is the PDC for allowing it to happen, instead of making a criteria set in stone from day one.
Of course were a miracle to happen and Glen Durrant won the European championships he would qualify for the Grand Slam via the PDC route, and his winnings would then count towards the Oom, so would the BDO then be able to add another player ?
This is why the PDC are to blame, this is the sort of make it up as you go along bullshit we expect from the BDO. Speaking of criteria, in an effort to stop this again the BDO posted this.
