This week marks the 501st Knob of the Week, which I started back on September 28th 2012. If honest I did not think I would be doing it this long, and multiple times when I thought of stopping, some morons would cry, or threaten me,  others made threats to go to the police, some even did, others tried to harass my family members online, stalk the social media accounts of family members etc in some pathetic attempt to try intimidate me, which only made me want to carry on even more knowing how much certain people were getting upset. A big thank you to all those that enjoy the blog......and on we go....

KNOB OF THE WEEK #501

There seems to be never a week go by without some player moaning and complaining about something in an effort to deflect from the fact the reason they are not performing well is because it is their own fault.

This week it was the turn of Price crying about how he does not like the new Premier league format, what a surprise a player who is not performing well, not in the top 4 of the Premier League has a complaint.
The thing is if this was the old format he would still be outside the top 4 because he the reality is he is not winning enough games. He then cried how he might have to play 3 games in one night.
This is the same player who would be crying if he was left out of the Premier League, crying now he is in it because he has to play possibly 3 games in a night which is what ? almost an hour of darts for which he is well compensated, not to mention the weekly winner gets a further £10k bonus on top of that, but this cunt has you think he was putting in 12 hour shifts of back breaking manual labour for pittance, so forgive me if my heart is not bleeding for him. Also with his performances which are his fault, he is not playing 3 times a night very often, so he is complaining to deflect from his own lack of form. Also in the interview conducted by that obese hippo cunt Barrs, he avoids answering what happened to his hand, and of course thick hippo Barrs just let is slide so he could continue his rimming as usual. The interview is HERE

Another thing the whiny fucker seems to have trouble with is crying how he is getting certain players more often than others, but here is the thing, he has met Wade the most times, and Wade is 3 places below him in the rankings, and MvG who is also below him around 6 times. and he has dodged the only player above him in the rankings, if anything he is getting the easier draws seeing as everyone he meets is below him in the rankings, you could argue Wade who has met price 8 times, is getting the shit end of the draw meeting a player above him so many times. Price's argument holds no weight, and as said, Price can blame formats, draws, tiredness etc but in the end he is losing too many games.
I found this post on a forum succinct.

PDC PREMIER LEAGUE.
Game 1: This started with a belter of a game Wade was on 41 after 9 darts in leg 2 and did not even get a shot at a double, but he broke for 3-1. Wade missed 2 darts to lead 5-2 but MvG broke back and then held for 4-4 with both players averaging 109.At 5-4 Wade missed double 12 for the win, and MvG leveled the game, Wade then missed double 12 for the win in the final leg, but got another visit and wrapped it up 6-5
Game 2: Joe Cullen took on Price and this started shit, as Price and his 79 average more than enough to lead 2-0 in legs. Cullen averaging 77 broke back in the 3rd leg. Combover got worse, as Price broke again and held for 4-1. Cullen put in his first decent leg to hold throw to trail 4-2 and he continued improving as he broke due to multiple misses by Price. However Price broke for 5-3 and that was it as Gerwyn held to see out the win. Cullen had an 80 average.
Game 3: Teeth McDonald the lying bastard who told us the shithole Dublin was a "wonderful city" was struggling to list the achievements of Bellyboy to follow the list of his opponent Ando. I was checking to see if the exbo "Alloa Masters" would be mentioned as the fat cunt Bellyboy won this joke comp last weekend. Ando missed double 5 to break in leg 3, as Bellyboy held nd Ando held for 2-2 with both averaging well over 108. Bellyboy took out 150 for 3-2 and a fifth hold of throw. Ando missed 5 darts to hold and Bellyboy broke for 4-2 and then held for 5-2. he scoring was superb from both, but the doubles cost Ando. He then missed tops to hold and the fat cunt broke and took the win 6-2. I was always going to be happy one lost, shame one had to win.
Game 4: Clayton had the darts and held in leg one, but missed 5 darts to break in leg 2 against Wright.Clayton left 80 to break in leg 4 but Wright took out 141 for 2-2.Clayton with 2 maximums got his break in leg 6 as he broke Wright for 4-2. Wright had a dart at double 14 to break back and missed, and Clayton held for 5-2, Wright took out 121 to hold and trail 5-3 but Clayton throwing for the match hit another max and won the leg with ease, finishing 6-3 and a ton average.
Semi Final 1: Wade had the throw and took out 97 to hold. Price missed double 16 for a 149 and Wade broke taking out double 12, and he took out 80 to hold for a 3-0 lead, averaging 106. Price took out 124 to hold, and he was averaging 103.Wade then took out 140 to hold for 4-1. Wade then hit 6 perfect darts and left tops for a 10 darter which he hit for a 5-1 lead averaging 116 at the time. He held for a 6-1 and a 114.73 average.Quality arrows.
Semi Final 2: Bellyboy with the darts took the first leg on throw, and Clayton like Wade in the previous game took out 140 to hold. Clayton missed a dart to break in leg 3 and in leg 4 Bellyboy broke for a 3-1 lead and once he held for 4-1 this looked over....but this is the greatest choker in darts, its never over... Clayton took out 66 to hold.Clayton missed the bull for 121 to break, and Bellyboy missed tops for a 160 and Clayton returned and got the break and took out 83 in 2 darts to level the game 4-4 despite a max from the fat entitled prick. Clayton then with the aid of another maximum broke and made it 4 legs on the trot and at 5-4 up had the darts for the win. Clayton left 81 after 9 but missed the bull for the win, he did return and wrapped it up 6-4. Typical Bellyboy, who had a dart for 5-2 would lose 5 on the trot from 4-1 up. As for Clayton, he finished with an average of 104.16.

Final: Wade with the darts held comfortable in leg one and broke in leg 2 with a 118 checkout.Clayton missed double 18 for a 156 and a break but Wade missed tops and Clayton returned and got the break and despite counting errors, Wade blew darts to break and it was 2-2. Wade could have been 4-0 up with darts to win every leg and when Clayton broke again, Jonny was throwing for 4-2, and Wade looked fucked, both held and Clayton led 5-3. Wade had the darts and both players hit maximums and Wade was lucky to hold. Clayton hit a max to leave 16, but Wade took out 118 again to break and a last leg decider. Wade with 90 left hit the treble 20 but hit the single 15 and had to depend on Clayton not taking out 72 and Clayton missed tops for the win, and Wade returned to seal it. Typical Wade averaging 6 points less than Clayton and a result that did did the bottom 4 no favours.

THE EURO TOUR
Thibault Tricole the recent finalist in the WDF .."world championships" was in this and put over 8 points on what he averaged at bob's run down hotel and it was still not enough for him to beat an Austrian jobber in front of his home fans, and it had a great end with Zoran taking out 167 to win the match. TWITTER CLIP HERE
Tony Martinez at 5-0 down to Clemens  bust 140, and got a second go and scored 41, and got a third visit and took out the 99 to claim his only leg TWITTER CLIP HERE

Bunting scraped through after surviving 5 match darts against Sedlacek, Mensur missed 2 match darts to keep his "home fans2 happy as he went out to JdZ. The Friday afternoon session is usually poor but this session saw some very decent averages among the qualifier shit and Madars Razma had a 108.65. Others hitting ton plus averages were Ricky Evans, Josh Rock and Danny Jansen and Matt Campbell missed double 12 for a 9 darter.....even if the double 12 attempt was way off.

I saw Jamie Lewis, a player with multiple averages in the 40s and 50s and lost his tourcard and now slumming it in the WDF got further than wdf "world champion2 Neil duff in the Scottish open. I onder if there was a riot this year and if the cops had to be called as usual ?

As for the modus muck, I believe that shit returned but have zero interest when the PDC is on.
