But the announcement on the bdo site takes the biscuit. Last week the bdo cancelled 2 events. This week, one of the 2 cancelled events was brought back and this is classed as a step forward. You could not make this shit up.But the part that stands out the most is how the waiter announced its was the BDO that cancelled the Youth event, and its was him that brought it back. THE BDO recently took the difficult decision to cancel the 2019 Youth Festival of Darts due to issues confirming a suitable venue.
The continual development and promotion of the youth is a priority and one area of the BDO I am looking to further improve. As such, due to the obvious disappointment for players, youth organisations, myself and the BDO as a whole, I reopened negotiations with a potential venue to see if we could reinstate the event.
I am pleased to be able to confirm that The Five Lakes Hotel in Essex have today agreed to hosting the event on the 20th and 21st of July this year. The hotel has a dedicated arena, 194 rooms for those wishing to stay and outstanding facilities. It is a commutable distance from both London Stansted and London Southend airport for international competitors and has excellent links to major UK cities for UK-based players.
Further details about the revived BDO Youth Festival of Darts will follow over the next few weeks.

Michael Smith has now lost 15 of his last 16 games to James Wade. Last weekend he lost to Wade both days in the players championships, in the final on the Saturday, and in the semi final on the Sunday, lost to Wade in another final on the Saturday the week previous to that. Lost to Wade in the final of World Series Final last October, and Wade beat Smith again in the Premier League this year.
Bellyboy's record against Wade is fast emulating that of Vermin Price's record against MVG, where Vermin is MVG's bitch and has one draw and 15 defeats in 16 games.
With the World Cup coming up I bet Rob Cross would sooner partner with James Wade than having to partner Smith who clearly is a choker when it comes to crossing the line in finals. It is a pity as I like Smith and he can be a great watch, is a prolific score, but sadly he is another Dave Chisnall who has won fuckall of note in his entire career and on current form can never see him winning anything.

You can argue that Wade is in great form. which he is, but Smith in his 2 finals and one semi final in the last two weeks has averaged in the 80s in all 3 games. It is one thing to be beaten by an in form player, but those performances were pathetic by him when it is clear he is capable of far better, so it has to be some mental thing or bottle job by Smith.
I do think if he can get a TV major, he will get a few, but unless he gets one soon,he might never get one.

Seems Vermin Price is appealing his fine by the DRA. Did Price act the prick ?, yes, but Ando who I like. was acting like a snowflake and should have done his talking with his darts instead of whining on about it. I thought Price's celebrations were over the top, but the best way to deal with a cunt like that is to beat him on the oche. Price knew it would work on Ando so can understand why he did it even if it annoys me. The real issue for me is what constitutes over celebrating ?
MVG is just as bad,as is Kim Huybrechts, look at Keegan Brown in the last World champs, all of them act as bad as Price, and if Price is to be fined, then the others should be. If the others are not fined, then Price should not be. The rules if any were broken should be applied equally.

Remember when I said the Admin on the forum Star of Darts would try deflect and lie about them not only allow a criminal advertise his website selling illegal copyright, well sure enough I was right. The spin started right away.
This week the Admin on there claimed Darren Hawken openly displaying the link to his criminal website was not "advertising it".Yet the very same admin told me I was not allowed "advertise" this blog when I had a link in my signature, he is either thick as pig shit to fail to see the contradiction, or else simply thinks if he keeps deflecting and being a hypocrite people will buy his lies and bullshit.
Eventually, the same admin did admit the site selling the copyright material was wrong, but for some bizarre reason known only to this absolute moron, it was not wrong when he allowed it in the past and even directed members to that same website.
The excuses, lies, and contradictions got worse with each day. It got to the point where he equated selling copyright dvds for profit having a youtube video in your signature on a forum. You could not make this shit up.
Meanwhile on another forum where the admin fucked with members accounts, denied them access to their own personal messages, and caused over a dozen active members to leave when the admin lied and claimed it never happened, that same admin is still seething and is altering threads on his forum removing posts I and others that left his forum made in the most popular threads, and even deleting the actual posts that started threads, in order to make it look like the threads were started by others.

JC acts like it's an outrage that darts fans should have access to all the rich history of darts matches, and whinges at the suggestion. I can completely understand why selling the copyright articles of others and showing them in public is illegal when the copyright holder already has it out on DVD. What I don't understand is when those matches are completely unavailable for the fans to see, and then they force the sellers to court. That's an abuse, in my eyes. Want an example of someone turning a blind eye? The BBC with Doctor Who in the 1980s and 1990s. Doctor Who fans were chasing pirate copies of stories all over the world, and the BBC tolerated it. The only reason that the BBC tolerated it was because those pirated stories weren't officially out on VHS at the time.
I know JC likes to whinge about "gay wrestling" as he calls it, but think of the WWE Network. You've got almost everything there going back decades for pro wrestling fans to access, WWF/WWE, WCW, ECW etc. Fans get a free month, and then a subscription fee for continued access. At least they are making the archive stuff available for the fans to see. If you want to stop pirate DVDs, then do something like the WWE Network with your sports, otherwise you're not really serious about stopping pirate DVDs, because the scarcity of the product's availability through official channels creates the pirate demand.
